STUNNED we found THIS BURIED under this Overgrown Grass but that wasn't it...
2 years ago, I mowed and abandoned funeral home and the cops showed up. I was contacted by a couple that hasn’t be able to mow their overgrown grass and bushes, they are out of controls. Some of these weeds, bushes and grass were 15 to 20 ft tall! While you would have never expected a building behind this crazy overgrown lawn, we didn’t expect to find this creepy thing buried in the overgrown grass. We approached the owner and she gave us a tour and that’s what things really started getting interesting. This is my first time being in a funeral home behind the scenes, but, we were blessed to help this family.

ERIK ! I hate to ask this! BUT VERY IMPORTANT! The funeral home has a simple problem with its electricity ! FLICKER caused by the old style SILVER IN COLOR DOBBIN 2 WIRING !!! EASILY TO OVER HEAT !! *** CAUSES MANY HOUSE FIRES !! *** Need to call and have electrician check all wiring or at least see if electric box changed to breakers or still old glass fuses which is a bad sign and may also be able to see silver color wire connections! Ask electrician about Dobbin 2 wiring! Might also be new copper wiring but owners bought copper wire too thin for amount of power needed! But all need to be checked and fast!

I remodeled a funeral home around 20 years ago. The final inspection had "participants" . The inspection lasted less than two minutes

Erik and Mark you fellows certainly cleaned this property up and transformed it from a terrible mess that looked horrible into a very neat clean property. I agree with Mark as for the clown that was just too creepy I would have been scared spitless and the tour of the funeral home was so eerie in certain areas you guys are sure brave. I fell in love with that building the first time you were there. Now to get to see the inside was awesome. Looks like it was a grand place at one time. Another interesting video Erik, and the area looks so much better that you cleaned up. I remember when you cut the front lawn and side area a few times last year. They really need to have all of the electrical inspected, it is so old and I would think it needs to be updated for safety. Also using the morgue room for a bakery doesn't sit well with me. How does one sanitize the entire room?

Exploring the old funeral home was creepy to me!!! I couldn't imagine living there even if remodeled into a family home! When you found the clown doll, I thought it was a cute doll. I have never seen the clown horror movies, so clowns don't bother me at all. Great job getting rid of the big bush by the building!

How do you guys do such an excellent job taking care of the yard free of charge! How do you guys paid for? People should be so appropriative instead of yelling at them. One guy said he is going to call the police? I wonder why. After Eric found a gun there may be that guy was scared that Eric will find the gun? That giant bush is mostly made out of wild grape leaves. My grandmother and I would harvest them to make Greek stuffed grape leaves.

Your machine is amazing, it razes through all that hectic bush and mulches it up. You operate it like a pro. It's satisfying to watch what you can clear. I don't like the funeral home at all. I would never buy that place first of all. But to have the idea to turn it into a bakery is making me feel sick. The two things don't gel with me. Burning deceassd people and then baking bread. 🤢 Each to their own. Antway, you guys cleaned the place up very well. Throw that creepy clown in the bin. One doesn't want to mess with the spirit world. You guys always find weird things. Hidden sawn off shot guns. Buried bones. And now a funeral house. 😱 Stay safe out there.

One of my relatives ran a funeral parlor and what happens behind the scenes is interesting (and sometimes humorous). I was interested to see the differences between U.S. & Canadian parlors! I don't know about the U.S. but there are strict laws in Canada governing funeral parlors (including crematoria). BTW, I'm with your buddy - I'm alarmed & a little frightened of clowns . . .

After I thought about it, I remember seeing that door. It could have possibly been used for the cremation. I think there was a second opening above the door that would’ve been for them to slide the body in on a slap for cremation. I have watched cremation videos before from a funeral home.

Pretty sure that's a "tree of heaven" tree. It's an invasive species. I've always called them "weed trees". They're not only invasive, they stink and are potentially hazardous to humans; if their sap gets into an open wound.

Back in the day alarm system were very expensive so a lot of companies would have timers installed to cut lights on and off in different parts of the house or company to make people think they are in the house

Cemeteries have to Install Fences around the Entire Perimeter because people are just Dying to get in. Cremation is where things are going because of Rising Costs. 🤔🙏

My roommate and I watch you all the time. We love all your tractors and equipment. I watch a bunch of the other lawn care guys and gals but as you say you're different.
