The point was that Miss Sally thought she was in control of how the company was to be run because of all the shares she had in the company. She was full of herself, treated employees like dirt, and had people fired for no good reason. What she didn't know was there was another shareholder who ended up with over 50% of the shares in the company, so that overruled her say in the running of the company. It just goes to show that when you exalt yourself, your truly will be abased (or humbled), but when you humble yourself, you will be exalted.

I feel you have misunderstood the entire video. It had nothing to do with her money. Apparently they had sold 100% of thge company in shares. So, whomever owns the most shares, had say over what happens at the company. The Nasty One owned 40% of the shares, therefore she owns 40% of the company. The woman sitting beside her that she has bullied into voting with her owned 11% of the shares. So, 11% of the company. Together, 40% + 11% = 51% That gave the Nasty One total say in what goes on.. her rule. So, everyone else sold their shares to the New Guy. Even the woman who sat beside Nasty One sold the new guy 5% of her shares... I'm sure she was sick of being pushed around. So, that gave the New Guy 55% of the shares. That's 55% of the company. It lowered Nasty and the woman beside her to just 46%. Thus ends Nasty One's power trip. About the 30% staff reduction, Nasty Woman said she was going to give all of those jobs to her friends. So, it wasn't about profits or money, it was more about a Horrible, Nasty Woman who got put in her place. Everyone got their jobs back. The guy you're upset with was likely the mastermind of the plot to dethrone Nasty One =) I hope this helps, have a great day/night.
