You need to go to the Philippines for an extended stay and you will find plenty of candidates that speak English and want to leave. The Thai girls don't want to move and don't speak English. Most of the girls on the dating sites are pros and not appropriate partners. In Vietnam, you could easily find some that speak French, particularly in Ho Chi Minh city. Again, you would have to go there to meet them.
