Hey, how do they determine your starting salary for a current firefighter/EMT?

I don’t have a concrete answer right now but I believe it is based on education bonuses, paramedic bonuses, and bilingual bonuses.

Yes. EMT is not due right away. I would apply then schedule the FCA later in the filling period then get your emt asap
