Great video as always Sir. I have watched all your videos... And watching it again before any major procedure is like refreshing minute details. Till now you have posted prototype video about one concept/procedure. Plz upload surgery videos of complex fracture patterns i.e. in distal femur, pilons, prox. Tibia , distal humerus etc. (Apart from prototype videos posted earlier) So that we can watch and understand maneuvering and steps in good reduction and stable fixation..

Excellent explanation and technique! In our group of patients, I prefer to use one lag screw and a neutralisation plate.
