I think healthy food is things that low in fat. As long as your can keep fat intake below 25% you can eat anything. I use fat secret to calculate calories and it shows my fat intake.
It is because you used synthetic for the curls so they may it harder to maintain. You can just use scissors to cut all the curls from the hair and maintain just the braids. It will be easier to manage that way. It was the same thing I did when my hair was annoying me.

I don't know how Makeup artists show up and do a wonderful job on their client's faces while they have emotional issues. Layefa, try using a shoe lace to tie your hair up. Just lean backwards, put the shoelace behind the hair and tie it up. It keeps the hair in place and at least out of your face.
I think getting a pa might help take the load off. I did a hair business to it's quite difficult to upkeep. I spent over 20k no profit at alli decided to do something that has low cost to buy.
