Playa Lagun is a beach on the Caribbean island of Curaçao, located near the village of Lagoon in the north-west of the island. The beach is located in a small bay. Surrounding the bay, an apartment complex has been built. The beach is used as a starting point for snorkeling. There is a snack bar and also a restaurant and diveschool.
La playa Lagun es una playa en la isla caribeña de Curazao, ubicada cerca del pueblo de Lagoon en el noroeste de la isla. La playa está situada en una pequeña bahía. Rodeando la bahía, se ha construido un complejo de apartamentos. La playa se utiliza como punto de partida para bucear. Hay un bar de aperitivos y también un restaurante y una escuela de buceo.

Great video of our local beach. The last beaches I used to go to were at Puerto Galera Philippines. But unfortunately ruined by MASS tourism. :(

Thank you for this video it looks much nicer then any photos I saw. Question, I know this place is out of the way but I just love it. As far as restaurants go, is the one on the property doable for meals a few times and how many other restaurants are in a reasonable distance. Would you recommend staying here maybe 5 nights here, 4 nights another area closer to main areas (looking at 9-10 nights total for trip). I love to snorkle and swim and this seems like a dream to just walk down and do so. I have never been to curaçao and have been looking into many interesting ocean view rentals but I don’t know the area and appears some areas are more crowded or with man made beach near main area. Or are there any similar places further south that you have come across that are similar to this.

Hi how are you. good day. I can tell you that we stayed in Curaçao for 15 days. and we distributed them in a week in a part of the island in the eastern sector and another part in the middle, thus we had access to the entire island. out there I do not recommend 5 days in that specific place. If you rent a car you will be able to see the whole island. there is a lot of traffic at rush hour. but if you leave early you move without inconvenience. As for the restaurants, the truth is that I can't tell you much there since we brought the food ready for lunch and we made dinner at the hotel. Our neighbor opposite us has a very nice inexpensive house to rent, 10 minute drive from Lagun.

Dewayne Westmoreland Hi good day. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we were in. You are inside a bay and climbing the rocks you find a restaurant with wonderful views. On both sides of the rocks there are bungallows to rent. You can take it into account. From the hotel Santa Barbara to Lagun delays in arriving around 40/45 minutes, it's worth it.

Dewayne Westmoreland That same one It's great to spend a night or two I guess. since it is very far from everything. Next video Piskado Beach amazing fishing beach and the possibility of swimming with giant tortoises. luckily I came across several of them.

EingeL Hi. It depends a lot on the time you are staying on the island. In case I recommend you rent a vehicle. if he stays many days he would look for a place away from the center and he would distribute it in two sectors of the island and if he goes a few days he would go to the center or Jan Thiel Beach. very nice area where Papagayo Resort is located, which has a hotel and bungalows, there is also a supermarket, the beach is very crowded. but with the vehicle you can move everywhere. from Willemstad to the best beaches I calculated according to the 30 to 50 minute schedule
