Great to see you guys. The patty you were eating with rice is a kind of kabab called shami kabab and usual ingredient are meat of your choice, minced rather pulverised into fibres mixed with lentils and minced again, mixed with some condiments and spices and fried, very popular. In this case, meat was chicken but you can use any kind of meat of your liking, rest of the ingredients would remain same. The rice you were eating are called pulao slightly different than baryani. Method of cooking and level of spices are different. For baryani you cook rice and meat separately and then you mix them together and it is more spicy. For pulao, you cook the rice in the soup of bones and meat and other spices and condiments. Pulao is less spicy. I am pleased that you enjoyed everything. Thank you.

B Man has great observation skills (noticing HaChaLa, wondering about donation box etc.) always curious and willing to learn. Both very well mannered. exchange for change that is completely untrue. Many laws on the books. Laws don’t deter those hell bent on breaking them. Murder and drugs are illegal. Unlike other countries guns are part of the constitution. That’s not the case for other counties so limiting the number of guns will never happen. Guns have always been available and there have been even easier to obtain but mass shootings are recent. History-wise. Coincidence is with drugs not guns.

Lahoriyo ny mehman nawaz hony ka sabooot dy diya... ap logo ny Pakistan ki ezat mein azafa kiya hay true lahori true Pakistani... jhon and family if you remembered in my previous comment I have mentioned you will get free things while visiting big cities of Pakistan.. free means hospitality they won’t let you pay... Pakistani aren’t rich that much but their hearts full of love, respect ,care and hospitality.. and these all good deeds teach us Islam... we are proud Pakistani Allhumdulliah... we love you beautiful jhon’s family

sir, in the end with rice, that was a shaami kabaab, about which you were wondering. and most of we pakistanis eat pulaao and breyaani with a lot of either plain yougart or salty masala yougart called raaeyta by putting it on breyani or pulao, because we consider this way a digestive way
