In this video, I have shown a genuine way to make beef karahi at home. Beef karahi is a very famous dish in street foods of Lahore. This recipe of beef karahi is made with the use of very fewer spices and it is soo delicious.
Kun foods is a recipe hub where you can find a variety of commercial and homemade recipes. I started kun foods a year ago to express my love for food and teach others about food and cooking. Now we have over 360k family and you guys are loving our recipes, Thankyou a lot.
Written Ingredients:
Beef Meat 2kg
Onion 4 medium
Tomatoes 5medium
Ginger Garlic 2tbs
Salt 2tsp
Red Chilli Powder 0.75tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Coriander 1.5tsp
Curd/Dahi 350gms
Oil 250gms
Water 1.5 glass for a pressure cooker
Fresh green Coriander and garlic for garnish

Made this today...it was perfect, simple, everyone enjoyed it including the kids. Tips and techniques jo milti hain, wo best part hai. I used mutton, no pressure cooker, and it was still great. Other recipe videos were very complicated and the flavour was never right. Ye recipe simple, flavourful thi, aur technique boht achi hai. No onions/tomatoes showing in the masala, correct ratio..etc. Thank you so much ❤️ never shorten your videos, i learned so much from each step.
