This could be a great house with a little bit of decoarting and updating. I love the backyard and the storage area that I could see as my workshop. Great job showing it Ricardo.

Thanks for watching! I found out after that I missed another large storage area on the other side of the house. I would have loved to show the garage/maids quarters too but did not want to intrude in their private area.

$510,000? You've got to be kidding! That is SO expensive compared to houses in Colorado! For $510,000 you get no dishwasher, old cabinetry, old formica countertops and a kitchen so small that you can't fit a refrigerator in the oddly shaped kitchen. What you call a huge lot may be big for Lakeside, but is small compared to most lots in the U.S. I can't believe how high the prices are there. Certainly not a reason to move.🤑

"Casita" is Spanish for "small house". Casita does not mean "basement apartment".

Note that the maid and gardener do not come with the house. Their employment will be severed at closing. You have the option to start with them on a probationary period of 30 days....or hire someone else....or no one.

Yes, prices have gone up here but there are still good prices if you stay out of Ajijic. This one for example is near the lake and just outside of Jocotepec. chapalamls.net/en/properties/residential/casa-roca-azul-9238 Prices for food if you eat more like a local, taxes, cost of living is still very low compared to up north.
