Nice, my place doesn't have a pool, but I think for some that would be a positive. Did this eventually sell? My mom mentioned that a home recently sold for mid $800K
Hola, it's not sold yet, but there are 2 very interested parties. Not all of the properties in the development can request so high a price. The qualifying factor in the pricing of this particular property takes into account that nearly everything is new ... and not simply new, but of very high quality and attention to detail. Tom would be happy to give you a tour, if you'd like.
Some buyers from California bought that other property that sold for $800+. One might assume that a property like that, with a great lake & mountain view, perfect weather, cost of living, cost of healthcare, you name it ... in California would be unfathomable for most. The property above is even nicer, and all-new everything, so it's a good investment.
Hello, thank you for your question ... if you are in the area, Tom would be happy to give you a tour. The bathrooms feature all new custom cabinetry, linen closets, Delta & Moen fixtures from the US, and marble countertops. I could send you a couple of photos of those, if you provide an email address.
Thank you for your comment. Mexico is a very large country ... here @ Lakeside we happen to be in a highly-desirable area, where the lake & mountains provide year-round perfect weather ... the people are friendly & hard-working ... the pace of life is less stressful ... prices of almost everything are fair & reasonable ... all of these amenities contribute to a health & happiness factor that defies logic. Even though we always feel safe here, gated communities also exist, where the enhanced security enables our Snowbird community (& anyone who travels) to close their door & enjoy their time in another part of the world with total peace of mind. As for the price of this property, another home in Arroyo Alto recently sold for $879,000 USD ... it is smaller and lacks all of the brand new architectural & design features of this one. If you're in the area, Tom would be happy to give you a tour. Saludos! Debra
