The 2023 Borrowdale Fell Race which took place Saturday 5th July.
17 miles with 2000m of elevation taking in the summits - Scafell Pike - Great Gable - Dale Head make it a tough race.
The weather for this race was perfect. Cool, overcast, not too claggy and it didn't rain too much.
I managed it in 05:13 hrs. If I'd not been stopping every so often to get my camera out I might have been a little quicker but not much.
The winner did it in 02:53!
Next year I'm aiming for sub 04:30 ;)
