Gulp baits are notorious for drying out if not sealed right, good advice to combat the problem! Again congrats on another nice outing to lake Gregory and specifically with Fam. 🤙🏽
It really depends on the location. For the most part you'll be okay, but there are a lot of areas that are covered in rocks along the bottom and you will get stuck. It's beneficial to use a full water bobber so it sinks you won't get stuck. If the wind is blowing I would just stick with egg weights...
Good video, thanks for sharing. Looking forward to your video at Silverwood Lake. Get out to Mojave Narrows Regional Park and tag into the March Trout Derby there. Tight Lines!
Hard to say. There's been rumors that fish and game is using private plant vendors to do their plants. Could be the case or could have been a private plant finally aside from the fish and game plant?. At least they're getting fish no matter what the source is though
My buddy and I were there on Wednesday and limited in one hour. All the fish were healthy 1 to 2 pounders. Nice fighters with several that went acrobatic when hooked.
Do you still have to buy a fishing permit since private stocks aren’t happening? Crazy how a large number of lakes the state is stocking requires an additional fishing permit.
They could always resume, but if you go back and look at their post on stocking since they took the account... it's down to nearly nothing now compared to when they first started. Likely they'll just move on and someone else will take the account. We'll see!
@@Edwardcruzz13 I wouldn't say a lot of time, I still hold down a full time job, family, house hold. I just don't do anything else like video games or the gym. I fish.
