Compared to other areas I visited, I love the fact Lake Nona also offers those high paying jobs. Living and working in the area must be awesome. I stayed at the Wave Hotel and had Park pizza and I have been thinking about that pepperoni slice since then.
Hands-down best Lake Nona overview video on RU-vid - outstanding job Ken (and team). If Lake Nona has its own Chamber of Commerce - they need to write you a check! 💰 We definitely plan to choose your team as our Realtor when we’re ready to move to Lake Nona.
5:40 perfectly timed shot from your content creator 👏🏼. As a resident of Lake Nona, I’m excited to see the growth. Saw you a few weeks ago with your family at Splitsville. Would’ve said hi, but didn’t want to interrupt your family time. Keep up the great work Ken and team 😊 👍🏼.
Lake Nona its too far from everything. its more like for families with children. What is the best place for singles, close to theaters, restaurants and able to walk instead of so much driving?
Ken--awesome job showcasing Lake Nona (and Sunbridge) recently--thanks for bringing some attention to our little corner of central Florida paradise! Next time you're in the vicinity, LMK and let's grab a coffee or some lunch!
Very cool video on Lake Nona! I had an investment property in Lake Nona that I sold years ago, but WOW! really looks different there! Love that area of Orlando. Great stuff Ken! You actually inspired me to start my own RU-vid real estate channel in Montgomery County MD. Love your channel!
Very thorough video! Lake Nona is one of the top areas on our list because of all the amenities you featured and A+ schools from K-12. Love the USTA tennis facility being so close with world class courts and instructors. It’s also one of the few walkable suburbs in Orlando (outside of the core). Have my eyes on Laureate Park and Eagle Creek but so many nice neighborhoods to choose from over there. Plus, I hear they are finally getting a Target.
Too many people traffic is horrible in 6 plus years went from a few traffic lights to dozens that aren’t synchronized. Back ups every day even on weekend’s. Takes me a half an hour just to go up Narccoossee to get up to the 417.
@@kenpozeknot new so much as more in depth as to what each facility has to offer the community/public. I definitely enjoy seeing areas develop with new and interesting ideas/offerings (USTA, SIMCOM, Med Facilities). I know the video may have gotten a little long but showcasing the local restaurants would be an added bonus as I know that area has some really nice spots. As always I do appreciate the videos!
Any new news on Costco? Two different managers at two different locations told me that they were going to open a Costco here but that was almost two years ago.
The neighborhood is lovely, with beautiful surroundings, but one should be aware that the cost of housing is quite high. Private school education costs around $30k, and commuting takes an hour each day. Despite these drawbacks, my family lives here. However, traffic is a major issue, and the schools are overcrowded with fights and insufficient teacher attention. Often, the children have to spend their time in the cafeteria or wandering around the neighborhood.
