Hmm... scey probably would have benefited from fortresses with anti-air to counter both the wasps and the vulcans, but that's assuming they had that equipped. Plus it obviously worked out in the end and they're both way above my MMR and typically know better. Fire is so good against Mustangs though that it feels bad investing into them in that situation.

Running aa on forts is a must with all the sudden wasps in this patch

@@calar8 back when I originally made this comment, it was not nearly as common. Partially because it didn't scale with levels (still doesn't) and the hit boxes had issues not that long before this original comment. These days it's almost a must have even despite not scaling

Lately I've played games vs elite marksmen spam and I don't know how to counter them. They hit hard from so far, with double/rapid shot they also clear stuff quite fast. Any tips?

Emp storms? Range + artillery scorps?

I feel like levels on the scorpions and maybe even field recovery could've made a difference there. That said, there's a big chance the marksmen would've still outgunned them

@@devinbyrnes8058 fair enough then. I've had good trades with scorpion on sniper usually, but maybe something's different here

Seems to me that the double tap + the extra damage and range from elite marksman gives the marksmen enough damage and extra range on top of range enhancement to kill the scorpions fast enough that the fact the scorps can one shot them doesn't matter. If there was no double tap i really think the marks would of done far worse.

a lot of units and flames on screen while he is running a recording software in the background. dunno what his income looks like but he probably can't afford a monster pc. with recording software you might as well be running the same game 2 times.
