Hi There, I wanted to take my boat up there, in we go salmon every year in october to the rivers and I've been on charters years ago but that was June and July. My question is if I took the boat in october can they be caught out there or is that too late?
By October most of the mature fish have gone up river to spawn. August to September is your best bet to catch fish close to the rivers before they spawn
@@canadianmxr thank you for the help! You saved me a lot of money haha! Towing my boat 3 hrs each way isn't cheap! Is there a good walleye bite the 1st week of oct? That would be nice to catch salmon in the rivers the head out for walleyes!
