Welcome to my home state of Louisiana fellas! I graduated from Northeast Louisiana University not very far from Lake Providence, Louisiana. The name of the university is now University of Louisiana Monroe. You have to be tuff in Louisiana. 100 degree temperatures and hurricanes too...I'm so glad that you guys survived!
Hey guys I’m about to do a 1500 mile bike ride for PTSD awareness, next I want to canoe the Mississippi rive , followed by swimming lake Pontchartrain. Any advice of canoeing the river
0o, Its like the closer you get to the end, the more dire the situation becomes!! The tension mounts!! what will become of our brave heroes?! XD Awesome guys
Awww that sucks with the weather, Paul lol it's funny to say get better when the trip is over a while ago but I hope you are better and are in good health now
Thanks! You've been a real inspiration, the trip is a while away because I am still in school ( 18 years) But I've always loved traveling, but you've kinda opened my eyes to the travel itself, and not just sit on a plane. But I am planning it right now, thinking about bike or not, how I should sleep, etc... Uh anyway, thanks for having this channel, I hope you get more viewers to reel in some profit your way so you can continue with this All the best.
Wow. Talk about the reality of travel. It's never good to hear that you have an "unknown" anything - I hope Paul feels better soon. This was a great episode, I hope that I see Dan wearing those blue gloves more often!
I know you guys are done, so it's not of a lot of use, but in the future, when you're sweating that much, drink some gatorade or something similar along with the water. You need to replenish your electrolytes, not just the water lost.
On your next expedition, please get some quick shots to hear what the other guys think. It's been 50 days but I don't know anything about them because they are excluded from the show. Please add some depth and include them.
wow at the beginning of the video i was JUST about to ask if you ever got sick along the trip. that had to suck... i cant wait for the next episode!! i want to know what happens! lol
i want to take this trip so bad. haha you guys have inspired me to take a month off of work and drive from michigan to cali and explore making a short documentary :)
Thats a fair point, probably focusing on stomach infections and intestinal if the symptoms were nausea and the like. Does seem a bit excessive but better safe than sorry :)
Great episodes as always :) Keep up making InTransit videos, enjoyed your public transportation series as well as this one. It's really cool how you travel and see places without buying insanely expensive vacations.
Amazing, going to do a trip of my own(Walking/biking/hitchhiking from near Stockholm, Sweden To the tip of Africa. Best channel ever, deserves more views.
