i remember those days. use to stay at your place. we would fish in shorts and no shirt one year and winter clothes the next year. break ice off the eyes of our rods. haven't been down there in several years. always on easter weekend. always a great time.
I live here now & got a funny for ya . I didn’t feel like taking my new Lund out last week , but felt like fishing so I decided to go to Sunshine park & case a few . I was over there at the end in the channel by the park bench & cast 2 lines in & walked back to my bag which was sitting on the bench . As I got to the bench I heard a splash & looked up & one of the new Rods I just bought my wife was going across the bottom of the lake at about 3-4 mph 🤣…. My wife said did ya go after it ? I said he’ll NO that water is cold as hell & im not that fast ! So if you catch a nice trout with a blue Bass Pro rod attached that’s my guy ! Lol
