lost my mother two years ago to coronavirus, she was 57 and i was about to turn 30. Couldn't imagine wrecking my whole life because my mom yelled at me. this kid has a depraved heart
it hasnt been proven murder yet? thats just what the cop thinks, we have to wait for the evidence, the angle of the bullet will determine where the gun was when it went off, and if it was accidental or murder, would you feel the same way if it was your kid who shot someone, and said it was an accident, would you condemn him guilty if the police said he did it on purpose before the evidence come out?
@@markmorenault765 Seeing the way some people handle guns (and watch movies), it could have been an accident. Mom closes the door, he picks up the gun with his finger on the trigger, points it at the door and mimics the movies where he flicks his wrist to "shoot" the gun - and BANG - he pulls the trigger. Treat every gun as if it were loaded. Keep your finger off the trigger. Never point a gun at something you don't want to destroy. Always know what you are pointing at and what is in the background. Of course, being in his room with no witness, he may have had the last straw with mom and his smoking and he killed her. Imagine being the dad and siblings sitting at home with no mom, knowing that your son/brother killed her.
Imagine the day he was born in the hospital. She held him in her arms, loving him. Loved him enough to worry about him smoking. This worlds gone crazy. Sad 😔
SOME kids these days DOESN'T care or appreciate any of that, they're just thinking about themselves. IF it's NOT about you funneling them with money or them running the house doing what they WANTS to do, then they're NOT thinking about you, nor have any USE for you. NO pun intended that's just the way some of the new generations are today, ONLY care about themselves.
I was feeling a little low about my life and how things have been going for me, and then I read dozens and dozens and dozens of comments from people talking about how they lost their mother at a very young age. I can't imagine having grown up without my mom. She's very strict, but she has supported me through every single obstacle in my life. I turned 21 a month before I left for a 13 month deployment to Afghanistan, and after seeing people get maimed and killed in some of the worst ways, I have no shame admitting that I wanted my momma. The day I got home from my deployment, I went straight to the tattoo shop and got an old-school heart with mom written across it on my arm. Left the store, went to my parents' house, showed my mom the tattoo, and gave her a long hug. Sending love out there to everyone.
Yes, I was hard on my 3 boys. I explained to them (when hey got older) that life is hard, the world is tough, and there will be many challenges you will face that will not come nor be easy hen you become an adult. My job as a parent is to prepare my children for these things I’ve just mentioned. I explained as I disciplined them, I love you, you know this, but you are being punished for what you’ve done. They are adults now, the youngest just graduating from college. We talk everyday, they make me laugh (they all picked universities out of state) we reminisce and I try to go visit them at least once a year. I had no idea if how I was raising them was correct or not, as each family has their own ways that works for them. Sometimes we can be the best parent with the best intentions, we just have no idea what makes kids snap, especially if there was no reason for them too. 😞
Alpha Omega: I agree with you, but based on my experience, it is best if the disrespected mother leaves. A mother’s physical strength is no match to young adult son’s physicality. A mother need not keep taking a child’s venom towards her for distorted and false allegations. The young brain does not always recover from mind-altering drugs (eg: LSD). We mothers get horrifically abused by our own children. Different times!
Losing a mother is more painful even in natural circumstances . I can't even comprehend how painful it must be losing one one the hands of a child they gave birth to . Am saddened by this 😢
What a pure evil heartless human. Killing your own mother who carried you for 9 months in her stomach and raised you and you took her life because she told you to stop smoking!?! 🤦🏻♂️
@Master Blaster Actually, it probably will work for Baldwin. I'm not saying it was an accident, I have no idea. But it doesn't sound like the sheriff has any evidence supporting his narrative that it wasn't an accident, so it's inappropriate for him to taint the potential jury pool by putting his narrative out there. It's not his job to try the case in the court of public opinion, it's the prosecutor's job to try the case in a court of law.
If rapists and child molesters are the target for abuse in prison, I wonder what special hell is in store for for someone who goes to prison for murdering their mom
The thing is I'm 22 and live with my parents right now. I have a medical marijuana card, against their liking, but I just use my medicine outside. I couldnt imagine choosing between any substance and family. The guy must be a genuine sociopath honestly.
I’m 41 years old, and when I’m at my parents house I walk down the street to have a cigarette. It’s called respecting your parents and their rules. This is absolutely tragic, senseless, evil, and selfish. I’m not buying his story one bit.
26, whenever I used to visit my dad I always walked off the property to smoke, he hates it. Obviously the mother was too loving and he took advantage of that.
Raised with zero respect- spoiled kid- “depressed bc a girl broke ip with him a YEAR AGO”-my arse. Just another brat kid used to always getting his way.
I do the same, I do it at anyones house I attended be it a relative or not. Unless they specifically say I’m allowed to on their property. However out of respect I shall never smoke INSIDE someone else’s property even if they smoke or say I am allowed to. Like you say it’s respect, something that is clear disappearing day by day
Man this hurts my heart. This truly does. Yeah, I don't know what was going on in that house behind the scenes that no one knows about, but regardless to kill your mother....I'm speechless. A family forever torn apart, a daughter without a mother to fuss over her dress for prom, a older son without a mom to present her her grandchildren, a husband in an empty bed. Almighty God, heal our land and heal our hearts!
My mother died from dementia and I would do anything to see her again just for ten minutes we always called her little Mary she had such a beautiful soul every day I miss my mother
Entitlement is rampant...we are now at the point of violence if someone doesn't comply with these little assholes. RIP to this mama. May her family find some peace.
I was caught smoking at school and got suspended for it. Parents read me the riot act. I took responsibility for it. Part of growing up. I didn't kill them though..........SMH.
And now he'll spend the next 20(+) years not being allowed to smoke in his -room- cell... Gee Seth, that little brat tantrum didn't work out too well for you did it?
Prisons especially private ones are a joke nothing but a money laundering scheme they get insane amounts of funding depending on how many prisoners and their danger level but spend the least amount possible and trust me he can get anything he wants in there
Selfish little bastard. He'll get what he deserves in prison. Hats off to Sheriff Judd for keeping the community aware of major crimes in Polk County. Let it serve as warning to would be criminals. Condolences to the family.
From the way he described the entry wound, it went straight through her heart killing her almost instantaneously to the point of being completely unresponsive. Hopefully because of that she was completely unaware of what her son just did to her. My heart aches for this family. ⚘
Upper class brat. Yes, I said it. A family has lost their beloved loved one. Mad because your momma doesn't want you smoking in the house your parents worked hard for? Dude, wait until you get to prison. My heart goes out to that family. That's a shame.

These are the signs of the times. I don't have any children and never wanted any. I'm 53 both my parents are deceased. The idea that I could raise my voice or talk back to either parent was non existent no less thinking of and actually killing my parent. Sadly; it's a very different world than when I grew up. That's easy to say when you don't know full details about a family. The son could've had mental health issues. I happen to have an 18 year old who suffers from mental illness and discipline is difficult. I have rules, she doesn't like them and throws tantrums. She's gotten better because I sought treatment for her and she takes medication and has a therapist. Still... it's very tough. But, I'd never put her out until I know she's capable of taking care of herself. Parenting is hard because we love our children and want the best for them. Even if they don't appreciate us.
This stuff is so common, that folks just don't say it's the way things are. That guy is mentally ill. Grady Judd has a crap job to regularly. This kid will be out in less than 10years.🙏
Yeah, its almost like we try to shield people from the unspeakable horrors of the world while lulling them into a false sense of security through censorship and modification of the types of language and discussion allowed. How does making people ignorant prepare them?

@@maximilian200057 of course there’s tension between the two, he’s a teenager… A teenager with guns apparently. He way overreacted to a silly stupid thing. So sad. My mother was brutally murdered, when I was a teen, by a family member, beaten beyond recognition and shot, so I understand what this family is going through. My prayers for the family and for this young man to get right with God.
This is so heartbreaking, I know my mother in law died 11 years ago and there isnt a day that goes by that my husband wouldnt give to spend just one more day with her, give her one last hug and tell her how much he loved her one last time, and I feel the same way as do both of my kids because she was an absolutely wonderful mom, grandma and mother in law that loved with all her heart, even to her own detriment most of the time. The only solace I carry is that I was the last one that spoke to her and got to tell her that I loved her and her final words to me were "I love you my baby, and I'll see you tomorrow when I am done at the salon", that is how they knew something was wrong because she never showed up to work at the salon the next morning while her 1st client had been sitting there waiting. My FIL always got up way way earlier than she did and left for work while she was still asleep and he didnt even realize that she was laying there next to him dead and he has never forgiven himself for that. My mom was the one to call and tell me because my husband couldnt do it because he knew how close her and I were and he was destroyed by it, everyone was, even my mom because they had become very close friends over the years. It's not very common that when a couple marries, that the 2 families all become one huge family because most of the time in-laws dont really get along but we all did and we all loved each other.
Damn his mom sounded great. She just wanted him to stop smoking cigarettes. My mom was absolute horrible human being that abandoned me when I was 13 and I still wouldn't even dream of hurting her. Like why!? You had a great mom and you took her away from everyone, how selfish.
I live in NYC where older women and Asian people are pushed in front of trains and attacked on the subways. Every day I pray to God that when I get off work my mother will answer her phone and be okay. When the clock hits 6PM my heart starts racing as I end my shift and pull out my phone to call my mom. If the phone rings for too long or goes to voicemail I get anxiety and when she answers and says she's off the train I'm relieved. I can't imagine how any man, woman, or child could murder their parent. My mother is the most important person in the world to me and everyone with humanity should share in this sentiment.
I remember when my mom told me to stop smoking, NEVER would it be in the house, i took my licks and learned to hide it better. This newer generation has no fathomable value of what human life is. Throw the book at him.
