You're not kidding. My lakefront dream has died thanks to people with skewed ideas of value from out of state. Hopefully real estate prices will come back down to the historical trendline.

The buyers we work with appreciate the area tour so they know what’s available to them. Can’t please everyone and you’re in the can’t category.

You should seriously consider hiring some professional outfit to do your You Tube showings of all your properties coming to market.Its very evident that presenting these properties the way that you do clearly shows that this is not one of your strong suits in the real estate world,.I'm guessing that about 40% of this showing was about the area that this property resides and not the property itself. And that is because you showed very little of the property itself by not walking the entire plot and the asking of $249,900 is so overreaching because other than a $20,000 walkway the property has no other meaningful assets except the land itself. Some people are very gifted in front of the camera and some just try to do the best they can. If i was putting my property up for sale, I would call Phil McPhail, Now there s the guy who has been gifted for this type of selling.. Sorry guys i don't mean to sound negative but sometimes the truth isn't the most comfortable thing to hear.Nothing but the best for the both of you going forward
