In football since 2000 there have been 14 times the championship was won by a SEC school, shared between 5 (LSU, Florida, Bama, Auburn, and Georgia.) Yeah, they just won the baseball World Series, and coming from someone who likes baseball, no one cares about college baseball. But most importantly, seeing as how he’s a basketball player, judge their basketball program. No final fours in program history, sounds like a pretty irrelevant program.

As someone who hates Tennessee, Knecht, the SEC POTY and contender for NPOTY in a “weak” draft class falling to 17 is an absolute steal and he is what the Lakers need, someone that will be expected to produce as soon as he comes in, not an 18 year old who will need a couple years to develop.

For sure or he's doing it on purpose. Because he also did the same thing to the Knicks when they got bridges saying they aren't a deep team. When it's quiet the opposite if they were healthy they had enough to beat or challenge the celtics and I like the celtics. Let's be real though having a healthy Randal and OG Robinson heartenstein would have played very good defense against Boston. Same with devo hart. Bridges fits better then trading for Mitchell and I'm a jazz fan i like Mitchell but he would have hurt the chemistry plus he doesn't play defense. so much for this being a weak draft class “steal” HA SEC player of the year. Transfer of the Year. 2nd most efficient shooter next to Reed Sheppard. Dropped many 30 point games carrying Tennessee. He should’ve been much higher than imo. a lot of coaches in both tournaments saw him and knew he was gonna be a problem until he met Zach Edey. We have Max Christie, Gabe Vincent(If healthy), and Vando(if healthy) to have guards in jail. Reaves and Knecht have deceptive athlethism, they're better defenders then you'd think. Plus they both have solid fundamentals and know how to play the game the right way.

Lakers ranked 24th in points from 3 last season. They ranked dead last at 30 at Three Pointers Attempted per Game Scouting reports say: "He is a strong and reasonably athletic wing, but he doesn't slide laterally all that well." That is something he can improve upon. He will also have a lesser role on the Lakers, allowing him to focus more on defense in general, and within games requires less energy expended on offense, so he is not exhuasted on the defensive end.
