The big window behind the kitchen sink is a game changer. I don't like open floor plans. BUT seeing palm trees instead of kitchen cabinets from my couch is so much better

Problem with Star Farms is if you aren’t a Horton customer there’s nothing in between. Heard Westbay is coming, but will be higher than their other communities.

The Emarald line is Dr Hortons higher end line so those are pretty middle of the road between custom and their regular line. I’m sure we’ll be going back to do another video when WestBay is building.
