The Lakhari Valley sanctuary crammed with mountains & forests and natural beauty is situated in Gajapati districts & bordering Ganjam District of the state. It feels as if nature has endowed the sanctuary with all its beauty. Spreading over 174.95 sq km, the Lakhari Valley was recognized as a sanctuary in the year 1985 and the beautification was made comprehensive.
