@@danielbraga8091I like them both. The Sire V7 sounds more like the classic jazz bass and the Lakland DJ5 high-mid sound. I’d say both are similar quality.
Thanks for your video Dejan clear mi doubts, I think than Lackland sounds a little better with both pickups but Sire is better in the bridge pick up, Lackland is a so good bass but if we compare the price versus Sire the difference is not so much, both are and so good options, greatings from Colombia!

I think the sire could sound much better but I don’t know what is your setup and string brand! I have one and really sound amazing .. nothing to envy the lakland

That must be the regular V7 Sire bass. The Vintage sounds much better. Also the action on your sire bass seems too low for your attack. Too much buzzing. The Lakland definitely sounds better
The Lakland sounds sooo much better - Sire sounds thin and boring and will not be heard in the mix as good as the Lakland. The Lakland has much more character!
Of course it is a matter of taste - but i played some Sires and to me played in a Band they sound too bland - not agressive enough. The Lakland has the bite in the mids that i need
