With all respect, i can t understand lakpa dolma why do you worship shiva when you are buddhist and follow buddha dharma. Buddhist dharma and hindu religion are not same and through out buddhist history hindu brahmin has always lied and accused buddha and tried to ruin buddhist dharma. hindu brahmin king who was before general cammander in army also killed son of great buddhist king ashoka who united all india and spread pure buddha dharma in country like burma and then to nepal and sir lanka. This Hindu king destroyed thousands of all buddhist temples all over india and killed thousands of buddhist monks and people so now india became like brahmin hindu country which was actually a land of buddha where majorities were buddhist since the time of ashoka and before that, from where all buddhist religion and knowledge spread to all over the world. Goienka was born in hindu family spread buddha dharma all over the world and tought vipassana meditation and pure scientific buddha dharma to the world like wise many englightened beings did that and they never worship shiva or hindu god and always tought only buddha dharma.onther saintly person jiddhu krishna murti who never worship any god and followed or read about any religion, also tought like buddha from understanding his own life though he was born in brahmin family. Why cant you do so.if you put shiva and ganesh images it will ruin in future buddha dharma and i think you are doing great harm to buddha dharma. Throught out history you can see where there is buddhist monastery or religious sites you will also find some small hindu mindir and pandit thats is how they slowly trying to make buddha dharma part of hindu religion. Hindu also claim that buddhism came from hindu and all buddhist religious head doesn't accept that. Hindu also claime that buddha is bishnu avatar which is also denied by buddhist representive from all the country. Not only that all head of hindu guru and shanker acharyas signed on paper saying we will not allow hindu to spread this lies and signed on paper with help of saintly master goienka who was predicted by buddha himself. So i think you should know historically hindu brahmin has ruin buddha dharma by spreading misinformation and propoganda and it still continues till now though hindu big gurus have signed the paper and said they were sorry for that. I think you should clearly follow just buddha dharma and not mix hindu god images with buddha or buddhist religion because they are completly different to each other like atma and antma theory and it will create somekind of confussion in audience mind. Hindu beliefs in creator and atma where as buddhist doesn't belief in atma and creator. If you belief in creator then you can pray brahma shiva, ganesh, hanuman , jesus, allah and so on but pls dont worship buddha because buddha teaching are unique,pure and universial. if i am wrong obout the buddhist history or philosophy then go ahead and put shiva laxmi, christ, hanuman , ganesh, allah images and pray them, but if i am not wrong in what i said then you should seriously take your responsibilities that you are buddhist and that you should just follow buddha and his image not other images or even no image of buddha and teach buddha dharma. Your audience can be of any religion but not you otherwise you are hyprocrisy person teaching and ruining buddha dharma and keeping people mind in confussion. This is how i see it and its my point of view. Ofcourse i know that we are all one god, dieties, animal , insects, living and non living things whatever all are impermanace. However i feel that you are doing wrong by using hindu god images and offering them milk whatever may be the reason instead of just keeping pure buddha dharma. like you wanted to be in clean and pure place . Its my point of view if i caused any harm or said things that dissapoint you then i am sorry.
