In Goa we call it Tambdhi (Tambdhi means red) bhaajee 😊 thanks for sharing this lovely receipe. We make it in two ways. One is dry and other way by making it with coconut gravy.

It's called cheera in Malayalam, I used to hate this, but when I made it in ur way I have started loving it ❤️ thank you for this amazing recipe😊😊

Nice recipe Sir. Thanks for sharing. I prepare this red spinach in a simple way. I cut the roots and throw out, chop the spinach,onions,tomatoes,green chillies, grated coconut about a handful, add, little sugar, salt to taste, add little water and cook in the cooker for four whistles. If required I add half of a soup cube in the end. All is ready in fifteen minutes.

Sir... kafi pehle ek food food channel tha shayad uspe meri mom apka food show religiously dekhti thi and mujhe apka wo namak shamak yaad hai humlog us namak shamak moment ka wait karte the... tab mom dekhti thi aapki dishes or ab shadi k baad mai online dekhti hu... I grow it in my balcony in Maharashtra we call it लाल माठ there is another variety चौळीमाठ. Not many people eat so seeds are still gmo free not hybrid or played on in lab.....Many leafy vegetable seeds are still intact but I don't know about spinach.
