She scolded him about what happened at the airport and usually James would have gotten defensive if it would have been someone else but with her he not only stopped dead in his tracks but he also immediately apologized. He respects her the most I think. Not even lala or Ally could get him to stop talking but Ariana could.
Lala was in a situation with a sugar daddy/married man who paid all her bills. She then got engaged to him and he still paid for everything. The living situation isn’t the same at all, Lala didn’t own the house, she just lived there.

On Nick Vialls podcast, Tom said he can afford the house on his own and wanted to buy Ariana out for $3 million. On VPR, Tom said he’s going broke trying to move money around because Ariana wasn’t paying the mortgage since they broke up. Soo which is it Tom? How did he offer to buy her out for this higher price, raising the mortgage even more, if he can’t even afford the current mortgage?

Lala is trying to protect Ari's long term mental health, not pander to Sandoval. Ari has made it clear she's doing some of this out of spite and a certain amount of that is totally understandable and even healthy, but a REAL friend will point out when it starts to become beneath her. Eventually Arianna will move on to the next stage of her grief.
Lala didn't pay a dime when she was with Randall so of course it's easy for her to say to move out because she didn't own the home with Randall and saved her money while with Randall. Trust and believe if Lala owned that home, she was not leaving.
Nope. That's not how owning property works. She could move to France, Mozambique, or Australia and never look in on the property. She owns half of that property until she sells her ownership or dies. If she dies, who ever she willed it to then owns that half.
Depends on the state. I don’t know about California, but in Virginia if you leave it’s considered abandonment and the person remaining in the house gets the house. Sucks!

Ariana’s lawyers are probably advising her not to leave the house so that she doesn’t forfeit her property rights which could let Sandoval claim she “abandoned “ the property, could wreak havoc on her credit score and all the parties could cause damage to her half of the investment. It’s not hard to understand that she wants to get out of that financial commitment legally in a way that does the least damage to her finances and credit. I think Lala might even understand this but she’ll pretend to not understand because her sound bites work better with ignorance.

I understand *somewhat* when Lala states it cannot be healthy for Ariana to live with Tom given the circumstances. But what she needs to realise, as her friend, is Tom has haemorrhaged a significant part of their life. So why should he have the home, that they built, so he can play happy families with someone else. Ariana is absolutely making the right decision in standing her ground, leaving when the house is sold and occupied by someone else, I just hope she hires a lawyer in regard to mortgage repayments or lack their of (due to Sandoval not wanting to share this information) on this current property.

Who let's a multimillion dollar house go in this economy?? I'm sure she's spoken to an attorney who advised her not to change her legal residence until the home is sold. They live in California.. the squatter capital of America. Ariana actually could lose physical access to the house if she fully moved out, stopped getting mail there, and Tom changed the locks. She would own it on paper and still be on the hook for mortgage payments, but would have to go to court to gain access to the home. This happens often to California homeowners who leave their home unattended for a long time.

I think LaLa is probably wrong- Ariana should not move out- given this ask probably going to get resolved in court she is better off from a legal stand point staying in the house. As long as the situation is not abusive she should stay until there is a legal path forward

If Tom thinks doing mushrooms together is quality time, I can understand Ariana’s decision to not rush into marriage and babies with him. She saw the writing on the wall, read it out loud and froze those eggs hoping things would get better later. Good for her for not ignoring the red flags and keeping her options open.
If everything that Tom is saying is true why did he not just end the relationship instead of him having affair with her friend. It just doesn't make sense to me.
