Materials
2 eggs
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup flour
1 tea glass of cheddar cheese
To fry;
Liquid oil
Preparation of
First of all, let's take 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in a suitable bowl and whisk it.
Let's add 2 eggs to the thoroughly mixed dough and continue mixing.
If you add the eggs later in this way, you will get a smooth dough without any lumps.
Finally, let's add 1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese to the dough we prepared and mix it. By the way, there may be more or less difference in consistency depending on the size of the eggs or the flour you use.
If it is too liquid, you can adjust the consistency by adding a spoon or two of flour.
Let's heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
Let's pour a spoonful of the dough we prepared into the heated oil, at intervals. At this stage, I recommend that you do not turn on the stove on very high heat to prevent the lalangas from burning suddenly.
Once the bottom parts are browned enough, turn the dough over with a spatula to brown the other side.
The lalanga, which we fry by turning it upside down until all the dough is gone, is now ready to be served. Enjoy your meal!
