I just want to let you guys know that the little "special" I have going on in celebration of Lisa's birthday is still happening; but unfortunately, something came up last minute and I haven't been able to be home. I tried uploading this video for you guys off of my hotspot since last night and let's just say... It didn't work out 😔 I'm so sorry guys! Great reaction. The haters aren't true Kpop fans because, if they were, they'd acknowledge how much Lisa has done to help take Kpop worldwide. She's internationally known, she's one of the top celebrities in China. BlackPink and BTS took Kpop from a South Korean thing to an international thing, and Lisa is a member of THE top girl Kpop group - ever. If you're a true Kpop fan, you should support anyone who helps make Kpop more popular and stronger. That's why They sang "Look at you, now look at me.", because they can hate all they want, but, in the end, Blackpink and Lisa are famous and successful and the haters aren't. I got serious again, sorry. I have always hated bullies. That's something you SHOULD hate, not someone who's working hard to achieve their dreams and make people happy.

Ever since her debut, Lisa and Jennie have been the BLACKPINK members most bashed by haters. Since this is a Lisa video, I'd like to focus on her: 1.) 'skeleton' (body shaming) - Even until now, haters have been going at her body and skinny shaming her. Saying that she's a skeleton. Lisa addressed this (which isn't even necessary) that she has a very fast metabolism and she can't get much 'thicc' even if she tried. She also doesn't follow a strict diet and eats pretty much anything she wants but she's still thin. She also said that she has always been naturally skinny and that she dances everyday so... It's pretty cool of her to also address this in their song *Pretty Savage* in her line "Born skinny b i t c h, no matter how much weight I gain, I'm still skinny" 2.) 'Thai monkey' (racism/xenophobia) - She was and still is being attacked by Knetz for being Thai. I don't know if you know this but North and Eastern Asian countries (that includes China and South Korea) have this stereotype that Southeastern Asians (Philippines, Thailand, etc.) are dark, ugly, poor, and disgusting. As a Filipino myself I've been under the prejudice of other Asians and it's kinda sad most Asians attack each other, especially in Korea, where beauty standards are not inclusive, and rather extreme. Times are changing but the predominant archetype is that light skinned Asians are beautiful and the dark ones are ugly. Lisa receives hate comments on a daily basis, saying that she should go back to her sh**hole of a country and that she doesn't deserve to be a Kpop idol. The derogatory term 'monkey' was casually thrown around here and there and used by commenters to degrade Lisa's looks and nationality. Knetz for example, are saying that her ugly face is at least saved by Korean makeup and her looks have always been criticized when she goes to the red carpet. It's honestly so sick. Since she's also a very top celeb in her home country, she was also pressured to advocate for Thailand's political issues in 2020 and as a result of fans hating on her for her lack of response, stayed quiet in social media for a while. BLACKPINK is the biggest girl group in the world right now, and while that means there are a lot of people who support the girls, there is also a proportional number of haters and people trying to bring them down. I'm glad that the girls have been strong and are able to brush off the hate (for the most part), but there's still part of me that wishes all that hate to go away, and that's not only with regards to BLACKPINK, this goes out to everyone. We are all human, we all have feelings, so I don't get why some people feel the need to drag other people down. If you don't like someone, don't say anything about them, move on. I'm glad Lisa continues to get content out there for us, her real supporters, and I wish her all the best. Looking forward to her solo. ❤️ Fightingggg 💪
