#Hemachandra Everything is ok. Nice work. But little bit feeling discomfort when you pronounce "Priyaaa kamalam" in pallavi. In pallavi of original song, it was pronounced as "priya" but not "priyaaa" even with gamaka except in charanams. I'm not criticising you but it's a view.

When I first saw thought not this song please. But it's brilliant version without spoiling. The riffs are excellent.

Nice. But honestly, the rock touch seemed to take away its beauty in places. The noise drowned the singing... At least toning down the instruments would've helped. But it's an all time favorite, *what* a composition! Goosebumps listening to this version too. Awesome work, Hema! Fantastic vocals and guitar as well. Please ignore the people who say that you have "ruined" the song and leave the original as it is. That's a very shallow reponse. Everybody knows how Ilayaraja in his 70's and 80's had to break the shackles of "pure" music. Ilayaraja's life itself is all about breaking the traditions. Anyway, inspite of all this. It's a fantastic reprise. On a loop. Please do some of these again and again!
