2:28 - Switching your power hand to the off beat, whilst maintaining that double pedal pattern, is beyond comprehendible to me. The amount of hours of practice that must've taken is also incomprehendible. Fucking fair play mate!

k let me preface this by saying this dude is infact a phenomenal drummer, but you really chose to point out and comment on a really fucking basic technique (playing on the &'s) while keeping the syncopated feet. tricky sure, but nothing close to this dudes power level lol.

@@SputniksArmy I know - but I'm not a drummer, that's why I said "beyond comprehendible to me". Also, it's not just playing on the &, it's switching between playing on the beat, and then playing on the & whilst doing the same rhythm that I find hard. When I air drum to stuff, I use my right hand as a reference, so changing that reference point is the bit that throws me off....

@@SputniksArmy a lot of "seasoned" drummers can't even do that, particularly because they've not explored it nor need to. What we see as "basic" doesn't mean everyone can do it.

i really struggled with the sound you had with the ead10, the improvement with this set up is tremendous. drums sound tight AF, the work you put in your videos really shows (appart from the fact that your level on drums and creativity are disgustingly good).

When you watched videos from other drummers and then read the comments there was ALWAYS a handful of derogatory comments about the musicians. For whatever reason , some take pride in putting other musicians down. Actually taking cheap shots at a drummers skill level. But you don't see that on this channel. I'm glad to see this is where drummers and musicians gather who respect the craft , the endless time put in to understand how difficult it is....and most important....have something smart and respectful to the video creator. In my opinion and 50 years behind a drum kit, we are watching a game changer. He's the Jimi Hendrix/Eddie Van Halen of drummers. Respect brother

tambien escucho algo raro, cierto. No tengo ni idea de batería, pero tambien en el 2.33, el ritmo que lleva en el crash derecho(se llama así) y bombo, cuando golpea por segunda vez el crash izquierdo con la mano izquierda, pierde el ritmo del crash derecho, no se si me explico. Más allá de eso, me flipa este loco perdido, va a llegar muy lejos con esa disciplina y esa garra que tiene... veremos a ver si los de saratoga lleva bien la guerra de egos, porque este Jorge se va a llevar a los fans de calle

every part was meaningful, masterful, and executed flawlessly. An awesome track in and of itself, and Chris Adler is so creative in his approach. But THIS....the off time, the brief blasts, the verse tom beats.... and he RESTRAINED himself. i was waiting for him to just rip some 16th double bass. But he kept it tasteful, unique, really fucking hard, and overall awesome!!!!
