The super thrilling DRIVE & SOUND with an abnormal sounding Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder powered by a 5.0 litre V10 featuring 520hp and 510Nm. My special thanks go to Brilliant Cars from Kaiserslautern Germany (www.brilliant-cars.de) that let me test and film their Gallardo Spyder for 2 days! What an experience, guys you are awesome!!! Luckily this particular car has the good ole 6-speed manual instead of the E-Gear that I had in the LP560-4 a few month ago. As you can see in the video that transmission isn't exactly easy to shift, but once you get used to it it perfectly channels the immense power of that high-reving V10. I think I will remember the "clack" at every gear shift forever:-) I don't know if it really comes through in the video but this exhaust system is something else, at any rpm its just a thunder that goes through the country-side, to me definitely louder than a LP560-4 in Sport mode. Nice to see a sports car with a manual transmission! They are very rare these days.

Indeed they are, and I would probably recommend most of the people to take the automatic transmission. Not because they are more fun, but because they are easier to live with every day. I really enjoyed driven the Gallardo with manual, but the first day is kind of stressful, especially if you want to get the car into a tight parking garage. On the second day you start enjoying it more, you become more confident driving it around town. And then the third day you sit back in your own car and think...gosh, what a huge and soft boat the own car is;-)

It's a 5.0 V10 520 Hp, not a 5.2 FSI

Great video as always :) but if you can add more onboard, make the video a little longer :D You can let the gopro on the left window like in this video or in the center. More in car video would be great, especially when you are reviewing special cars like this one :) Good luck and keep up the good work :)

Stefan, thanks for you feedback! This is the overarching Drive & Sound video which should cover all the shots that I made. If you want I can post a "fast Autobahn ride" video just like the one of the new Aston Martin Vanquish a few month ago. That's longer (and might bore some people;-)) but that would be pure ride-along footage with more GoPro footage of what you are looking for!

Automann-TV I don`t think you will bore people with more v10 sound :)) If you can post the video, that would be awesome, i like ride-along footage. Maybe in a VW Golf or something like that, yeah, would be boring, but not in this monster :D If you can post more pure ride-along footage with more GoPro footage when you are reviewing special cars that would be great. ;) Thanks for the reply :)
