Did you ever run the proaim with a A7iii (24-70)? Not sure how much weight is good enough so its not just bouncing around. I enjoy the BTS videos alot!
Yes actually! When I first got it a couple years ago I ran the a73 on a ronin mx. It actually worked pretty well the only thing I didn’t like was the jittery footage just because of the lack of stabilization out of the mirrorless camera and it probably being too light
@@fastrmedia Am I sol or what do you recommend for me to get better stabilisation? I think it’s got ibis built in, but maybe running 2 V mount batteries to add some weight
dude hard to say. I went to an fs5 and it fixed my problem. I would say play with all the different dampening components including the wired piece. everything down to the suspension on your car plays a role in how the shot turns out. everything was just trial and error for me. lots and lots of errors but eventually I got it where im comfortable.
