Alternator charge should ideally be between 14.2-14.6 volts. You're still a little low, but maybe add an earth strap or two at different ends of the car to ensure good ground connection.

You know I think you've kinda reached that level of iconic'ness (yeah that's a made up word but I'm sticking with it)..... that no matter how much a car you rebuild doesn't make sense to do financially, it will always be profitable because of the story you give it. Honestly Mat have done a great job on this murcielago considering the condition it was previously. It looked dead near impossible to get it to this point of state. Considering this Lamborghini had been a track day car, mistreated daily, then left to rot for 7 years to where it is now is incredible. This is a long term ownership, so the items picked up by Lamborghini can be sorted over time. What you have Mat is time spent with your dad all recorded for prosperity and what will be a highly desirable car. I can’t wait to see it fully finished with new paint, air conditioning and taken on a road trip far less gruelling than Gumball 3000. From what I can gather, based on conversations with someone I know who owns one, this is pretty much standard for a visit to a Lamborghini dealership, bit of a shambles. Considering the state of the car when you got it, and the fact it needed a complete engine rebuild, this is an absolute triumph for you and your dad.

Everyone can roast its looks as much as they want, i still think it looks absolutely wicked. It's got character, it's got charisma, and the Gumball 3000 stickers look absolutely sick, real talk. The car went from a landfill wreck to a fully working machine, so much love has been poured into it and everyone can clearly see that. What a legendary ride.

Hello from Slovenia😁 Despite I am mechanic I still love watch your rebuilds🤓 For the heads oil leak before you take heads off try to install again original O-rings or buy teflon O-rings because from that box that you use it they are standard rubber and they dot like oil and especially dont like high temperature😁 Thumbs up and keep up the good rebuilds and videos👍👌

As nice as it is having the car in 1 piece … I’d love for the series to continue with the “restoration”. Going into detail with having the engine bay sprayed when the outside is done, cleaning up the engine parts properly and making it all look as good as new. It’s amazing what you’ve accomplished with this car but there still some MA magic left on the table.
