As I was watching the building of the frame, hood, trunk, I said to myself "no way he's gonna put an engine inside this" A few minutes later : proceed to build the engine from scrap with full details: I am speechless and would need all superlatives in my dictionary to praise your amazing job !!
I’ve never really watched a model build before. I’m absolutely blown away at this man’s skill and attention to detail. I can hardly believe what I’m seeing. This man has more modeling skill in half of his left pinky than I ever will in my life. Thank you for publishing this, it’s great.
This isn't "model building" my dad used to do that. He had U-boats crashing out of aluminum foil waves and also a complete dock which everyone who saw it was really impressed (especially because it was back in the late 80s). This guy however, is more of an "artistic model enhancer" or some similar term. "model builder" doesn't do him justice. Take care, -Eric 🏁
Please keep building. This guy didn't start out this good I beg you not to be discouraged you'll get better and remember it's supposed to be FUN. I gave up trying to play the guitar because I didn't think I'd be as good as my heroes. What a huge mistake to make. I have been regretting that most of my life.
OMG , I have never seen this level of detail in my life , this is on a whole nother level , You must win every award show you go to.. just amazing , I can't wait to see more full builds
I am just astounded by the sheer amount of planning that had to go into this and the detailed fabrication is just off the charts. Wow 👏 😮 👏 it looks absolutely gorgeous 😍
I couldn’t believe it either, “outstanding” is an understatement. I think it’s amazing how he gets the doors to close so perfectly smooth and tight. The level of detail is out of this world. I have built some very nice models but nothing this “in-depth”. It’s very interesting to watch. I want to build a De Tomaso Pantera with opening doors and bonnet.
@@A4Garage I totally understand that because I find myself often trying to detail parts and places that would never ever get seen or even noticed but still detailing the Dickens out of it non the less...lol
I am speechless, the amount of details on this build is unbelievable . It’s beyond me there is no words to describe your ability. I wish I had 10% of your skills and patience. You should win every awards there is, I can’t believe what I am seeing and never seen a modeller at this level.
I agree with everything you said. I am 62 and I have been modelling since 1970 and I'm still nowhere near this guy's skill level. I don't let it stop me from building everyday and everyday I get a little better or learn something or have some small but satisfying success. That's what it is all about have fun
It's one thing to take a Tamiya kit and get into nitty gritty details, but to do a Hasegawa, which is not known for having great details and doing THIS to it is on a whole other level!!!
How do you find a way to recreate seemingly EVERY single minute detail with such quality? Absolutely mind blowing. Amalgam models should charge less than whatever you would for one of these.
I've modeled for nearly 60 years. I've won many blue ribbons in model railroad builds. My father was 3 times Canadian National champion in model aircraft. THIS, is a new level. TOTAL WOW! So wonderful to watch!
The modeller made this look easy. But this started as a very basic kerbside kit with no engine or sub frame detail. To accurately scratch build the front and rear sub frames and integrate them into the kit parts that are worth salvaging is great to watch. I can also say that cutting out the doors and making frames, door checks/jams and realistic small hinges is not as easy as it looks. Neither is reconstructing the front nose cone and rear bonnet/boot, to hinge as nicely as that with all the increased detailing. Also to scratch build an engine block and carbs with all the other parts plumbed in on a 1/24 scale model must have taken many, many man hours to complete. This model would also have taken a lot of project planning, a lot of study of photographs of the car engine bay and the pre planning of parts scales and materials to use. This is one of the most excellent kit modifications and upgrading I have ever seen, amazing fabrication skills.
It is an extreme pleasure to watch such a TOP TIER ARTIST work and make it look so easy, but anyone that does this hobby knows the amount of talent it takes to make it look easy when they know just how much skill it takes to make a kit look this real!!!!!! This is extreme craftsmanship at its best!!!👍💯💯💯💯
This is a stunning build and the detail level is out of this world. You must know the car intimately or have done a lot of research to be able to build this model. Also I think your paintwork is amazing. Not just the finish on the body paint but the colours of the wheels and the components look so realistic. You just nailed it as it looks so right.
Sir, this is one of the best examples of modelling I have seen. Your work is faultless, detailed and executed with incredible skill and finesse. I thank you for sharing your techniques.
I am very happy and proud to tell you that I watched every single second of this whole video without stopping once, this was so fantastic and absolutely mesmerizingly enjoyable. Thank you very much for such a great and entertaining build. You are a rockstar !!!!! (((((((Standing ovation)))))))
Your work is incredible, I never would have thought you could take a simple model and turn it into a masterpiece. I don't know where you get your TALENT but I wish I had just a little of it, thank you for sharing that talent.
You must be very satisfied with this , your latest , and best ? I noticed one comment that was frustrated by this reprise . I too, so enjoyed the series but appreciate being reminded of your superlative skills . We all look forward to your next exciting project . Thankyou for entertaining us during what has been a very challenging time .
2:45 am, l’m should be sleeping by now but l’m still watching this incredible build, just can’t take my eyes off. Incredible attention to detail on smallest thing to fantastic iconic yellow paint, sound that when hoods was closed. Just amazing. Thank you for the time well spent…. I’m gonna need strong coffee in a few hours, good night.
Just mind blowing attention to detail and precision. I’ve done a little bit of french polishing which requires a keen eye and a steady hand and this is in difficulty considering the minute scale he works at. An absolute pleasure to watch a dedicated craftsman at work.
THIS is what youtube should be for-TALENT! Even though it makes me feel like a loser. And THANK YOU for refraining from music. It makes it that much more enjoyable. ❤
I would never believe it if I hadn't seen it. You must be about the only one in the world who can pull this off. Others may dream it & plan it but, WOW ! Thank you for taking me on the journey. I hope you sell these to support yourself. The 300SL you built, to the real collector would be worth, ??? IDK but more than I can afford right now for a good used car. Please don't stop. I subbed & shared.
Just beautiful 😍 Beautiful car Beautiful color Beautiful details Beautiful craftsmanship Beautiful build Beautiful artwork Beautiful video Just beautiful...
Master engineer, craftsman, intricate artist and master technician... mesmerising talent. Thank you for showing us you complete mastery. In awe... mesmerised awe
I'm just trying to figure out what is the better description for this video... A masterpiece of craftsmanship?, a piece of art?... Even the video itself is just flawless... Thank you for sharing this jewel!!!
After 7 months I see this awesome build about 17x and I'm still overwhelmed. This is PROPER scale model build. Level of details and craftsmanship is mind-blowing. Hat off! This level of details in 1/24 scale is really incredible.
I have watched many videos of custom work on model kits, many on cars, and thought I had already seen all what could be done. Nandemo Seisaku for example has learned me a lot and I am always amazed by his ideas, patience, tricks on his so meticulous work. But I couldn't even imagine that one could go as far and good in replication, with so tiny tiny hand made parts, that what I have seen in your video. Extraordinary. In the truest sense of the word! Thank you for sharing, bravo! Subscribed.
Truely astounding 🤯, I am speechless. Your level of professionalism is over the top. Your models should eventually end up in a museum 👏👏👏 If anyone needs to calm down and pay attention to details, they should watch your channel. I love that you don't talk and just let your high level artistry do the talking.
Seeing is believing, but i cannot believe my eyes. The whole video i have watched in 1 go. This is building on a GOD-Level. Thought i was dooing good with wiring and tubing, but i am a amateur compared to this Masterbuilder. New subscriber and go watch all your builds to learn from you.
I watched this with the same amount of awe and admiration I have when I view watchmaker videos. The skill and attention to detail is incredible, the end result ? Mind blowing!!
Quelle précision du grand art du modélisme tout est magnifique dans cette réalisation de la peinture à l’assemblage en passant par la préparation bravo monsieur 👍
This guy is a master builder and that is an understatement like jeez. This dude deserves like more subscribers than Mr Beast. This is the most detailed model of a Lamborghini Miura period.
This is a masterpiece! The amount of detail is beyond amazing! I am in awe of your creativity & talents to meticulously recreate so many parts from scratch, and with such accuracy on such a small scale. Truly an exceptional work of art!
A4 Garage, you have inspired and totally excited us all! Thanks so much for sharing your passion with us in this fantastic hobby. You helped so many get their mojo back and going with your excellent building skills and appropriate subject matter that's hard to pass up. Keep up the good work and give us more....much more!
I build stuff too, models and cars and houses and such. I could never see myself having so much meticulous patience and persistence for a single kit......
Hi good nigth A4 GARAGE, fantástic job,,, time to enyoy with this great video, have a good time and congrautlations by share your video,,, your friend Oscar de Playa del Carmen Q R México.
This is absolutely amazing! I can't imagine the total HOURS that went into crafting this beauty, all condensed to 1 hour. Sir, your attention to detail and craftmanship is on point. You are a modeling master! Thank you for sharing your magic!
This is absolutely insane. You have my respect sir. Most of all this just inspires me to try model building out (although nowhere near this detail haha)
I am dumbfounded by your builds I make automotive models in 1/12 scale with a similar level of scratch building and I cannot imagine working at half that scale I congratulate you sir
Or at least give him the parts to build one, dang enginuity next level. The hinges for the trunk lid... Holy moly. Every bit and piece well thought out and masterfully crafted.
I am absolutely blown away by the level of detail in this model! You did things that I didn't even know where doable (Possible I knew, but doable is another story) I aspire to be able to put a model together with this level of fines. Thanks for sharing this, and I look forward to watching the rest of your content. BTW, the sanding of the paint job at 10k grit is an epic idea that I have only seen 1 other creator do. It is definitely something that I want to start doing, as soon as I get my hands on some high grit sandpaper.
