When I was 8 years old I had a huge poster of a white countach on my bedroom wall, when I was 30 I had a Jodie Kidd supermodel poster on my office wall 😍

Ohhh my…how gorgeous is that Miura! And it’s the best colour….and it’s the SV…my absolute dream car subject to the lottery…

The Miura is just so very gorgeous. I've never been the biggest fan of the eyelashes, but it looks a bit bare without them... 💚

The Miura is such a beautiful car, especially in that colour.

This is a true story, i have an Italian mate, his family has lived in Scotland since the early 70's, in 1979 his dad was back over in Italy, while he was there he was offered a nice 69 Miura P400S, he thought about buying it, bringing it to Scotland, driving it for a bit then selling it, he passed as he didn't think anyone would want it being LHD, the price was £3000.

The Countach is a truly iconic car .Probably my favourite Lamborghini and it never seems to age .Thanks for 3 great videos Jodie 👏👏

Two of my favourite cars of all time ! When it comes to Miuras , I prefer the eyelashes too 😀 Although I think the Sv is the one to have , with the bigger rear tyres etc

Perfect choices for the final episode Jodie, and I absolutely concur with your observations on driving the two. Out of all the cars you featured in this series, the Miura is probably the only one I'd be willing to make the sacrifices necessary to own - moving out of DC would be the first of those and I love the city.

The Miura will always be my favourite, but the eyelashes have to be there for the complete 'Mary Quant' look.

I have enjoyed this mini-series -- so much so that it would be nice to see another one tomorrow??? Perhaps some rare Porsche's... That Miura is gorgeous, but I too prefer the eyelashes. Great series. Thanks for sharing.

The Muira does have a sort of monocoque centre section but the front and rear are built from square-section tubing. Made me smile when Jodie asks if early Muira suspension was too hard. It didn't matter because the frame, for lightness, was so weak it soaked up the bumps instead, and broke through fatigue as a result. And top speed was of academic interest as the front end was apparently found to leave the ground somewhere around 150 unless you dropped a hundredweight bag of cement in the nose. But still just beautiful to look at! I only drove a Countach once and briefly (a high-roof 5000QV at what used to be Nigel Mansell Sports Cars in Pimperne) and it sounded great and went really well. But I'm only 5'9" and gave my head a good whack on the way in so I'm not surprised if Jodie would find it hard to get comfortable! But at the time I didn't have the £100k required to own it.

It would be a very hard choice between the Miura, and the LaFerrari, but I do have a soft spot for Lamborghini's,, 😊,, The Gallardo Spyder, is the only "supercar" I've ever driven hard on a track, and that was one of the best days of my life,, !! I work in aerospace. I saw a frame up rebuild of the Muira. It’s structure is very airplane like, which makes it super strong and super light, but makes it bad for repairs.

I seen a similar Miura SV it was the same green with blue interior I believe there's only 2 in that spec.

From the beautiful to the audacious with those two cars. Wasn't a fan of the Muira at first but they ended up growing on me. The white Countach was the first car poster on the bedroom wall, they are just nuts. Don't like the white interior on them as it looks like your in a laboratory room. GOAT supercar is italian. Has to be Italian the flair they exotic and look outrageous. Miura naturally sexy, no computers designed it. Countach , I have a white one like that...as a picture in a frame I bought in 90s. This car has 0 compromise hard to see out of heavy clutch Its like dating a Super model they high maintainence but thats the appeal

Interesting what you say about driving the Countach it seems to be marmite. James May hated it on TG, yet Harry Metcalf, excuse spelling if wrong, thinks it's a great GT. It was Harry's they borrowed for TG!

I think it would be super cool Jodie to see you do episodes on each of my favorites. Miura, Countach, EB110 SS, and Chiron SS 300+.

The SV is do much better with the eyelashes (imho) The Elves @ Iain Tyrrell's Garage have refabricated the eyelashes on an SV he had in for a complete restoration.

Anyone who can reverse either of these rockets, deserves a Knighthood.

The Miura is a very lovely looking example of a new form of automotive design and engineering but it doesn't really handle all that well. These ultra rare exotic cars are primarily investment vehicles (excuse the pun) periodically/regularly exchanged between a few hundred sheiks, oligarchs and mandarins with a select few brokering agencies taking their cut.

In the late 70th you could buy one in Germany for 25000 DM (German Marks). Today..................phew. Just imagine Jodie, non of the guys that designed this car was over 30 years old. How come the volume is so low on all of Jodies videos. Makes them very hard to hear unless i turn the volume up too high?

Excellent series. Superb cars, a very "safe" collection. Nothing odd or quirky, nothing that says the collector has a passion for cars instead of an investment opportunity. Might put in a cheeky bid on the 550 Barchetta.
