if you are looking for gear box dont get this one its not gonna suit your bike. git the cyclone 5 pro .. and put the protti long stroke pipe it will be better for road ,more torque
went really well but i had to drop to 14T sprocket cos of that casa close ratio box . but the motor is sweet not has powerfull as i first thought but its smooth and easy to ride on track . knocked 5 seconds of my lap time from last year
notice the big gap between 1st and 2nd ..... same on my casa close ratio . not to happy about it 2nd is really tall on the track and you have to gear down to get good exit on tight corners ........
if your looking at the dyno graph your mistaking the power output peaks with the gearing ,if you look along the bottom(speed) both gears are making about the same mph for revs .....no point in holding it open in first for long on the dyno as you can see in the video. Not arguing with your findings on the track but on the road it pulls like a train in any gear ,we will see what the owner thinks when he picks it up . thanks for commenting
i noticed the huge gap between first and second as soon as i opened the box mate you can see it clear as day on the tree . also third to forth is wider than a standard gp125 box . not a close ratio when only two of the gears are close second to third is good .... also if im not wrong you are running around 16 T or possible 17T on the dyno .... explain please 75mph ish . sorry guys but i was not happy with the gear ratios my old AF close ratio was much better , but i didnt trust its under hard riding so i got the casa box . on the upside ive been very impressed with all the parts ive had from them so far ..... hope you understand im not knocking the bike just the box mate best wishes keep up good work
i know your not knocking the bike and i am always grateful for your comments , i will take a look at it compared to a 125 box . but so far i like the ratios on the dyno and the short ride ,i have one in my new build so will come back to you when shes on the road .thanks again
welcome buddy . thanks for being professional in you comments some people can get a bit funny . the motor sounds stop on , every track and every rider needs different applications and to be honest you only use first once in a race .
