I agree with you totally. Chanita has not scammed anybody. She rescheduled the class and the lady refused to take it. If the class was non refundable then how can she say scamming. That’s her loss for not taking the class when it was rescheduled.

Alright, here's my 2 cents that no one asked for: I feel like Dr Chanita (her team) should've immediately refunded "Jessica" her money the moment they came across her email/DM/voice msg while reiterating they have a non-refundable clause but to not have anyone feel disregarded, they will send her money back expeditiously. That action would've made "Jessica" whole AND avoided all this mess. Yes, it may seem like only $49.99 to some but apparently "Jessica" felt her money was worth more respect as it pertains to what she signed up for and not receiving prior notice of the class cancelation. And just my opinion.
@alfdallas21..Well stated. I agree that it seems that it was more about the way it was handled than just the money. We always learn lessons from customers. I don't think Dr. Chanita is a scammer. I just think that she seems to talk a lot, and she may need to slow down. Wishing great success in all her businesses 🙏🏽

I think that Chanita is in the wrong. Apparently, the lady wanted her money back after she didn't receive her notifications that she was expecting. It was more people that called Chanita that same thing because they didn't receive any receipts for their donations for the water well project and something about purchasing a brick. There was a lot of melometers that said that about Chanita.
Coming from a person that has purchased a brick before, you make the payment and when the construction begins the bricks are made. A customized brick is sent to the buyer and a customized brick is used for the buildings. We received a lot # so when we visit the place we can find our brick.

Who cares if they stay far from us. I don’t get a good feeling from Chanita. The only reason that I followed Chanita is because of Mel and she was rude to me for no reason. I’m not “Jessica” but I can see where she’s coming from.
