'If he was 10 years old in the 2015/16 season, then 8 years later, in 2023/24, he should be 18 years old. Next July he will be 19 years old.
However, these guys immediately got a "cold welcome" on Twitter from Barcelona fans, who quickly laughed off suspicions about Lamine's real age:

Indeed, after some thorough fact-checking, the whole ‘controversial case’ of Lamine Yamal immediately started to crumble... Turns out that the clipping was taken from an article from 2017 - at that time the boy was actually 10 years old, well, because he was born in 2007.
Moreover, the haters of Lamine Yamal and Barcelona nagged about this video, where the title says '16-year-old Lamine Yamal', while its release is dated March 21, 2021 - following this logic, the Barça star is supposed to be 18 years old in the 2023/24 season. That said, here we are dealing with the fact that the author of the Reykob 7.0 channel simply changed the title in order to catch up with the latest search results after Yamal's debut for the Barcelona first team - that's right, the desire to make some money from additional traffic threw suspicion on the young man... Even in the video itself, there is a clear statement by Reykob: [Trece Anos] - which means 13 years old in Spanish. So, the topic seems to be completely dropped from the discussion...
