It's just so fantastic to see Matchbox reaching back to create a new genre of "golden age" vehicles just like they did back in the mid to late eighties until the early nineties. They are on top of their game!
The ram Rebel is not necessarily new. But is a sophomore. It came out once before last year in the "COLLECTORS" mix in a 2- tone. Red & black with black wheels
Only found 2 super chase mustangs. But that was a few mixes ago, haven’t seen a moving parts chase sense and I sold them as well thinking they were easy to find lol.
Another great video. Love Matchbox. Have done since I was. A kid. Unfortunately when Mattel took over Matchbox became second fiddle. HotWheels were more futuristic cars mostly with occasional true reproduction of a feral car. I really with Mattel would sell Matchbox to someone else so the reproduction of real cars can continue with having so many American cars in the range which over seas buyers are not interested in. The moving parts range has been the best release for Matchbox in years. So good, buyers in Australia are lined up at stores every morning hoping to grab them.
Wow those are awesome, we must be getting close to all 54, I have 12 left to go before my collection is complete sans the chase cars which are really ghost cars, been following along all year.
Amazing preview for #MatchboxMonday! Also, 8:04 that's actually a 2021 Tahoe, not a 2020. Still looks amazing though! Can't wait to get them and the newest mix!
opening hoods are kind of lame on the ev's....should have done the doors instead...:( plastic roofs are downright cop out...looks ugly too - pickup truck is okay hate the pixelated details though. Bollinger is awesome!!!!! very cool
With Hot Wheels releasing the Barbie 2+2 ChEVrolet Corvette (yes, they highlighted the EV on the trunklid) and Ken's Hummer EV, it's good to see Matchbox releasing the Chevy Blazer EV, but surprised they didn't do a Barbie tie-in by releasing it in the blue like in the movie.
Castings themselves are excellent, but I absolutely love the engine details of these Moving Parts models. Just a pity they're so hard to find here in Perth, Australia.
Try checking out your local Coles supermarkets. My local Coles in Melbourne and NSW are loaded with it, although they're somehow incredibly slow at updating the stocks
@@Kuricang31 Melbourne gets all the good stuff! 😎 Trust me, I've done the hunt around all the stores near where I live and none of them seem to stock these. Coles here tends to stock a few Hot Wheels and the regular Matchbox Power Grabs.
My favorites are the Mercedes Sprinter van, the 64 Chevy C10, and the 2020 Tahoe. I have a question isn’t the battery’s suppose to go where the motor is on the Bolinger truck? I thought all electric vehicles were like that.
They should do that. Never mainline a super chase. Like HW why you gotta have STH and have them mainline. To me it removes a lot of the rare factor when they mainline a chase piece.
I cant believe it. Plastic roofs look awful, hard to see the interior. Spells CHEAP, but they are not. Matchbox is not listening to its customers, especially collectors.
Not much of anything I'm interested in here. The Evo of course, though I highly doubt I'll ever find one. The G-Wagen is cool, but as a Super Chase, I dismiss it as basically vaporware. So unless fate shines on me and I stumble across the Evo, I won't be getting anything from this mix.
@@AzVfL - 300SL STH Another STH next year. MB G wagon. C63 premium 500E premium. Plus many mercs that aren’t chase in premium sets. Lamborghini also has 3 premium chases. Seems a shame to not spread out the chases across different marques.
Oh, here we go again. Some nice cars here, sure, they're just too small and made very cheapy. These are not .99 so metal bases are expected. I am willing to pay a little more than the $3 they normally go for, but give me metal bases!!! Is metal material that expensive that Matel doesn't want to include it? They should go to my local junk yard, plenty of metal there and cheap. Also, change those damn wheels, they all look the same. Conclusion: If you are going to charge more because of "moving parts" , MAKE THEM BETTER!!
Is not motor electric that is normal motor mechanery model this is new ram rebel 4×4 by dodoge pick up from chrysler.and mitsubishi evolution motor dohc was awesome.
I don't understand why car manufacturers standards have to fit the box. Shouldn't the standards to be in the 1/64 scale. Like if it is big and does not fit in a blister, then make a bigger blister... 😒
@@twistedwizard217 Those are crazy hard to find they could sell for $50 or more than $50 dollars online. The two reasons why you shouldn't open them one is it's a super hard to find collectors item and two is the high resale online price of those.
Matchbox maillnlines are B O R R R I N G ... see a whole lotta pegwarmers at my local Dollar Tree ... Yicky forgettable cars . Give the kids some excitement . Not boring mom Cars and SUVs .....Are you listening Mattel ?
