Looks like the Hot Wheels Cases are running again. After a little delay the new cases are hitting, and the International L case has arrived from A&J Toys. Let's see what's inside.
Your complaint about the scale of hot wheels airplanes & motorcycles is the same exact reason I don’t collect them either. Honestly as much of a pain in the ass it would be for all the companies to collaborate I wish they did so all castings were to scale. Meaning a Volkswagen Beetle in hot wheels, matchbox, green light, Johnny lightning etc… would all be the exact same size. While I love collecting diecast cars sizes of buildings and certain casting differences drives me nuts. I remember several years ago having a playset where the “59” Cadillac Eldorado was longer than the diner it was parked in front of, things like that irk me to no ends. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
The 'Liberty Walk' Nissan R35 (finally, a car name to challenge John's favorite RRRoadster as a mouthfull), '71 Plymouth Road Runner, Mercedes 300SL, Toyota Land Cruiser and the '68 Mercury Cougar are the highlights for me in this (L)oaded Case. No Honda Civic Type R (EK9) in this international Case though. Thanks for the unboxing!
Hello it’s Emerson our local Walmart has 36 packs of hot wheels . Do you know if the cars are new to this year and can you find treasure hunt and supers in the 36 case thank you
Still looking for the L case in the Pacific Northwest. I'm excited for the Mercedes 300 SL, Porsche Taycan (though I'm not crazy about the color) and Toyota Land Cruiser, as well as the GT40 Mk. IV and CR-X recolors. Can't say I'm a fan of anything from Liberty Walk.
My town is dry. Walmarts have redesigned there toy shelves and removed pegs. We haven't had any new cases in a month. What's weird about the Silverado?? It's a 2012 Silverado.
What makes me a bit upset are the Fast&Furious car series. Yeah, they're quite well made but totally overpriced and without any ties to the actual cars in the movie. Waste of money imho.
Yes they do exist i found the porsche taycan one at my local coles in a short card. Usually the pegs have been pillaged by the unemployed scalpers when i go in after work but must have arrived just after they were stocked this time.
@@stikkman61 that's what makes them rare and a treasure. I come across many cases of hot wheels... I might open 50 cases in a week's time. Out of 50 cases, I find about 20 STHs and with nearly every case having a basic treasure hunt. If you want to score then find several stores to frequent, make friends with the associates and secure first dibs on shipments. It took a year for me to stumble upon my first STH until I developed a strategy. I have found 11 of the Mercury Cougar Super Treasure Hunts this week alone. Or you could just shop Ebay 🤣🤣🤣
