Thank you for watching, Jamie 💜 I made this lampshade on holiday and had only a few shops to gather supplies from. Any white looking liquid craft glue will work for decoupage. Just play around with the right thickness, thinning it out with water.

Thank you, Salete 💜 I cut the one ply with small scissors - it does not need to be a perfect cut. Because the napkins have white background and the lampshade is white, it all blends together.
