Okay, I've tried watching the video for a second time, but I can't focus on what she's saying because of that music. :-/

I'm sure this video is helpful, however, I'm too distracted by that amazing fireplace to pay attention. I hope the water stain above the mantel on the right is indicative of an old leak that's long since been fixed. :-) Now that that's out of the way, I'll be re-starting the video now!
