I couldn’t feel much emotion and I had thoughts of revenge and other things. But god saved me, he gave me the people in my life and he showed himself to me. Even in my darkest days he was there with me, he never left me. One day while I was in bed I started to pray with my hand to the sky and I felt something holding my hand. At that very moment I knew it was him. I repent of all of the sins I have committed. I am ready to begin a new life with him. When I was at a store I was just walking around with my headphones on while waiting for my friend and when I was not paying attention this lady came up to me and startled me. She started putting up her cross from her necklace in my face while saying a prayer which made me confused and also referred to me as a demon.
You may ask why she said that but it turns out she thought that because I was "moving weirdly and doing weird things" and I had "black eyes" and my voice sounded soothing to trick others. Why am I bringing this up? Think about it.

You need to revisit her entire discography, from born to die, up to the most recent Tunnel under ocean blvd. The first album, born to die, tells the dark tale of where she's been, where she began, the love she's experienced and the love she's lost, then the Paradise EP is next, which is accompanied by a short film for 3 of those songs, called Tropico, which is a must watch as well. You'll understand why once you get into it and get to that point. She's just really great at perspective taking and creating imagery and expressing emotion. Next is ultraviolence. Then Honeymoon. And you'd think a Honeymoon would be you know, it's suppose to be one of the best nights of your life, you just got married, but it's not that at all. She's finally becoming aware of her position, and that it's not a happy or healthy place, she's not quite there yet. And then comes the next album, Lust for Life. And from there it keeps getting better and closer to happiness. We're not quite there in lust for life, but each album is so different from the others, each is so beautifully done. You can tell Lana has a huge part in the production of her songs, her voice is just another instrument that flows so fluently throughout every song. She's absolutely worth listening to. Religion has always been sprinkled into her story. "Elvis is my daddy, Marilyn's my mother, Jesus is my bestest friend" "Whitman is my daddy, Monico's my mother.
