While it's nice to see this event in our town again. One question I must ask. Would it really have caused a lot of inconvenience to just stand for a minute to remember those who gave their lives on the beaches of Normandy. I think not. However in their wisdom the committee seems to have decided it wasn't worth it. In my opinion what a bunch of shithouses. Time the whole lot of cronies stood down.
If you have ever been up a Pipe Band competition you will find the bands always form a circle and face inwards so they can watch each other playing and ensure that they play in unison.
