Just buy Evolution rear floor subframe. It will make your life a lot easier when you do awd conversation. I did it with my lancer last year.

Hi.. from my experience, you don't need to change the rear wall. you might used the lancer body and the complete rear axle but just swap it with the outlander or airtrek rear axle and subframe. you than able to install the long shaft and the transfer case for the 4wd. About the rear quarter panel, it would be easy if you just bought the evo quarter panel and then layer it on the lancer body. To make it more wider as the front fender, just install the varis bodykit.
