This is in the farthest southern part of LBL. On GPS it appears to be a thru road that connects to Hwy 79 . On the day I was there it was very wet as we had had a lot of rain .
Only down there once bout' 8 or 9 years ago. Very nice. I seemed to find the largest patch of chiggers at LbL. I itch just thinkin' bout' it! First ride today since Feb. See ya' in the woods. ZZ.
Wow, they have done a lot of work on that road since I camped there some years ago. It was dirt then, with a big wash out at one of the little run off creeks. The area around that old bridge was all rutted up. There is a path to the left of the bridge that crosses the creek and leads to hy 79. They had two post at the end and my old blue truck couldn't make it through, but a jeep could.
