The activity at that small corner of my fence line relates to this video: Shocking Confession Caught On Camera? | Rural EMT - County Employee ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AaKWIHcgl9E.html That is the problem side of my property. The issues over at that side of the property is still ongoing.
@@Tiffanysfarm It was hard to tell whether the woman was actually on your property or outside of the fence. Either way, the dogs were on your property. Did someone tear down or damage part of your fence line? Is your property completely enclosed, now? I know one of the men tried to damage your post before. On a brighter note, hearing your cousin say, "You've got this, Sarai!" made me smile! 🥰 I'm praying for you and your family's safety and protection. 🙏🏾
That was a beautiful thing to see your little cousin incredible joy of being outside and enjoying the property and plants. Blessings to you as you continue to develop your land.
Thank you for your kind words and blessings. We appreciate your support and hope to make the most of our land for many years to come. God bless you too. ❤️
What made you want to build a homestead? My daughter wants a homestead, she's young and has great ideas. Tiffany you're doing great work on your farm which will benefit you and your family for years. Wealth is the ability to live a simple life😊
Thank you for your kind words and support. My journey into building a farm was driven by a desire for self-sufficiency and a closer connection to the land. It is wonderful to read about your daughter’s interest in homesteading. Encourage her to keep pursuing her ideas, as they can lead to meaningful and fulfilling experiences. I agree that true wealth often comes from living simply and appreciating the basics.
Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️ I am excited about the energy and enthusiasm Sarai brings. I am confident we will continue to achieve great things on the farm together.
Thank you for the kind words. ❤️ I am overjoyed to read that you are enjoying the property through the videos. Dad and I are working so hard to develop the farm.
Thank you for the kind words. ❤️ I am glad to hear that Dad and I are making a positive impact. It is great to know that our efforts are inspiring others.
That is an interesting perspective. The tax benefits could be a strong incentive, even if some might hesitate about the cemetery's presence. Have you seen specific examples where this has worked out well for people farming or gardening near cemeteries?
Thank you for the suggestion. ❤️ Teaching older children is a fantastic idea, and I agree that it could be a great way to share knowledge and inspire the next generation. I will definitely consider it.
Can you tell me where on the Internet, while looking for land does it say black neighborhoods or white neighborhoods? If anyone buys property, it doesn't matter the area .Neighbors need to have respect and stay off someone else's property.
@monicahill750 There are predominantly black states with black farmers and land we cannot trust theses white racist 👨👩👧👦 savages it's reaching the point that nowhere in America are we safe Stay Strapped
Although I will continue to purchase real estate wherever I want regardless of who likes it, I do understand the importance of considering community support and resources when choosing where to invest in land. Finding areas with strong networks, support systems, and defined moral codes can make a HUGE difference.
Why? Why shouldn't one buy land wherever they want? Those ignorant neighbors are jealous because a black woman is doing what they can't afford to do. Trust God will deal with them for vengeance is the LORD'S
It blows my mind how many people do not get a survey of the property. Once the markers are set bury a Heavy Steel Fence Post in concrete so are not easily removed. Do this no matter what as you never know what type of neighbors you have now or in the future. Fences are an excellent idea. I know they are expensive, but maybe it could be included in the financing. Great Advice on making a purchase. So much JOY in your niece, I luv it.
Thank you for the advice on the property survey and fence installation And I am glad you are enjoying seeing my little cousin’s joy. It is contagious. ❤️❤️❤️
Very SMART to have a land survey! It is amazing, because most don’t. Have known a couple people who hard huge trouble, especially being in country where a survey hasn’t been done ever. And someone builds a garage on part of adjoining piece thinking it’s theirs. Proverbs 22:28- talks about landmarkers. territory, landmarks were to be erected to mark out each property, and they were never to be removed, because removing them would bring a curse upon them. The final negative command in this chapter refers to cheating others out of land or property. The technique described is manipulation of markers or records. So this tells me, YOU are SMART! Along with all the other things you had inspected! 👍
I would add a visit to the tax accessor's office, view a topology map and get advice from a realtor(land agent) that specializes in raw land. Good job and things are looking great out there.
Thank you for always reminding me about the topography maps and guiding me through reading them. You have been with me for a while through this farm journey and I truly appreciate your support and presence.
That's so beautiful 🤩. She makes me think about how happy generations of the ancestors were to grow things in the great kingdom of Georgia. They knew exactly what type of land they had.
Thank you for this comment. It is inspiring to think about how our ancestors understood and cherished their land. Their knowledge and connection to the land are truly valuable legacies.
Sound advice Tiffany, very happy to see you upload. My gf and i worry about you with all those weirdos haunting your property. Wishing ya'll the very best
Thank you for the support. I appreciate your concern. It means a lot. Dad and I will not allow their horrible behaviors to affect our joy. They can’t touch our souls. Wishing you and your girlfriend all the best as well! ❤️
Mineral Rights is another factor. My brother build a house in a rural area. Then years later a mining company sent a pipe horizontally under his land to do fracking. It is a trade secret what fluids are being pumped under his ground to frack. He doesn't trust his well water anymore.
It is understandable why your brother would be concerned. Mineral rights can be complicated and sometimes lead to situations where landowners feel they have little control over what happens beneath their property. If he’s worried about water contamination, it might be worth testing the well water regularly and consulting with a legal expert or environmental consultant to understand his rights and options.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I am glad you found the points valuable. Sarai is indeed a wonderful example of passing on important values. Wishing you and your family all the best and blessings as well. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
SO SO TRUE. That is some great advice. Knowing about the neighbors, neighbors of your neighbors, and the community can help avoid potential issues and ensure the property meets your expectations. Thank you for pointing that out! ❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely. ❤️ It is wonderful to see her enthusiasm for growing veggies and flowers. The next generation of farmers and ranchers is definitely important for the future.
Definitely, verifying mineral rights is an important step in any property transaction. It is essential to ensure everything is clear to avoid any surprises down the road. Thank you for mentioning this.
😂😂She is so sweeeeet! "Ohhh, my God and Guess What" seems to be all little girls' favorite two words. That's good info. I recently attended a Tax Lien Class and they covered all the information you just spoke about. I'm looking to purchase raw land through the Tax Lien process. I'm out of the military now and looking to move out of Atlanta to my own homestead.
That is great to read. ❤️ It sounds like you are on an exciting path with the Tax Lien process. Moving to your own homestead after military service is a big step, and I wish you the best in your journey and new endeavors.

Hi Tiffany🖤👑 God bless you little sister . I’ve seen your issue of trespassing. I don’t like the behavior of bullying I’m seeing. I want you for safety to reach out NFAC and get some licensed weapon carrying brothers to be seen on your property patrolling and showing those potentially dangerous trespassers who are trying to find ways on your property to do whatever I’ll intent their brewing up. You need a show of force🖤👑💯 Love you sis
Hi ❤️ Thank you for your concern and the kind words. I appreciate your suggestion and the support. I will definitely talk to Dad again about reaching out to outside resources and taking additional steps to ensure safety. Thank you again for looking out for me. ❤️ Best, Tiffany
Tiffany you are awesome ❤❤❤ I relate you have to put up with those folks it does something to my ruach (spirt) be safe I watch all your videos and take the things you go through personal!! Keep safe and thank you beautiful ❤
Thank you for your support and for watching my videos. I appreciate your concern and understanding. I will keep your words in mind and stay safe. Your encouragement means a lot. ❤️❤️❤️
Very informative video. You did a great job with it. It will definitely help others wanting to buy land. I hope your neighbors are being better and it’s good to see your dad is doing well. Bless you and family and continued success with your farm💪
Thank you so much for your kind words. ❤️I am glad you found the video helpful. Your support means a lot to me. Things with the neighbors of my direct neighbor are still a concern, but it is great to hear that you are wishing the best for my family. Thank you again for the encouragement and good wishes. ❤️❤️❤️
That is great for Alabama. It should be made a requirement here too. In Georgia, there is not a statewide requirement for soil tests when selling land. But, I definitely recommend to conduct a soil test, especially if the land will be used for agricultural purposes or development, to ensure the soil's suitability and to address any potential issues beforehand.
When does Alabama require the soil test. Will that be when you are ready to build or farm? I bought land in Alabama and no mention was made to soil test. I will inquire about it though .
If you don't mind sharing, I'm curious to know the reasoning behind not wanting cemeteries nearby? Is it personal discomfort / belief? Concern of water pollution from ground contamination? Concern about the potential of nuisance activity in cemeteries? Or are you more so referring to the potential for a family grave on the property that would give descendants the right to actually walk onto your property?
If a cemetery is situated on or near agricultural land, it might influence the land in several ways: Land Use Conflicts: The presence of a cemetery might limit or complicate agricultural practices due to zoning regulations or land use restrictions. Reduced Land Value: Agricultural land adjacent to a cemetery may have diminished value due to potential buyer concerns or aesthetic preferences. Maintenance Challenges: Maintaining the land might become more complex due to the need to manage both agricultural and cemetery-related concerns, such as ensuring respectful boundaries and maintaining access. Environmental Impact: There may be considerations related to soil and water management, especially if cemetery maintenance involves chemicals or other materials that could affect agricultural practices. Cultural Sensitivity: Farming activities near a cemetery might be viewed as disrespectful or inappropriate by some, affecting the land's perceived value and usability. Increased Traffic: Cemeteries can attract visitors and create traffic, which might interfere with farming operations or lead to increased wear and tear on access roads.
You have a nice little place and your garden is looking awesome.listen about the trespassers put up signs saying 24 hour surveillance.also do some target practice people are far least likely to be trespassing when they hear loud gun shots and they will know you are armed also removing survey markers is a crime just so you know take care and good luck
Thank you so much for your kind words about our place and garden. ❤️ We appreciate the advice on enhancing security. We will definitely consider implementing some of the safety measures you mentioned, such as target practice and putting up clear signs about surveillance. It is important to be prepared and ensure our property is secure. Also, thank you for mentioning that removing survey markers is a crime (it is important to stay informed about such regulations). Dad and I will take your advice seriously and continue to make improvements. Thank you again for your support. ❤️
Access to the electrical grid & knowledge of what it costs to go completely off grid & ability to afford to off grid your house electric if your jerk neighbors can somehow block you from getting on the local electrical transformer poles like my new neighbor did to us. Beware of rich people. California doesn’t have as much racism, but multi-multi-millionaire rich neighbors will ruin you just because they can. Because they have the power. Solar panels will need to be kept clean on their tops, for maximum power generation, like cleaning windows. To run your refrigerator at night off of solar panels you need the big rechargeable battery that works with them. 1 big battery will keep the fridge going 24/7. 3 or 4 big batteries will allow normal electrical use after dark just like being on the grid. If you have a full bank of solar panels that give you full electric power during the day as well.
You bring up important points about the difficulties of going off grid, especially when neighbors can affect your plans. Getting access to the electrical grid and the costs of solar energy can be tough, especially if you have rich neighbors who can block your efforts. The things you mentioned like keeping solar panels clean and having enough batteries for nighttime are key for anyone looking to go off grid. It can be a big expense, but it can also give you more freedom and be a smart choice in the long run. It is also interesting how social factors can make things harder. Even though California has some progressive ideas, wealthy neighbors can make it feel like not everyone has the same access to resources. Have you thought about joining local groups that support off grid living? Working with others can help tackle these challenges and build a better community.
I also suggest you check weather patterns, annual rain fall /snow fall. Also flooding and winds in your area, etc. Assess the danger of Forest fires is also recommended when you are buying Property. I hope you can plant nice fruit and nut trees that will help in being self sustaining. May God Bless you and yours Tiffany !
Thank you for the thoughtful advice. I appreciate the reminder to consider weather patterns, annual rainfall, and other environmental factors when purchasing property. Assessing the risk of natural disasters like forest fires is so important. I also like the idea of planting fruit and nut trees to promote self-sustainability. Your comment is very helpful. May God bless you as well.
Your baby cousin is adorable. I love the information and it will definitely help me. Also was very observant of your growing methods. This is really informational.
These are great recommendations. Are you able to get these tests before purchasing? Did these tests come as part of the purchase agreement? How far in advance are you able to get your testing? This is the first time that I've ever heard of these tips. Is there a penalty for someone removing your property boundary markers? What is the process for filing charges? Because it can be VERY expensive to have those markers replaced. It's sad that racial hatred is STILL such a problem in this country. It's a HUGE reason why the nation has collapsed. You don't want to have to be constantly cleaning up the messes of others. You shouldn't have to worry so much about those babies being on the land. Of course there might be snakes or wild animals, but you guys have it fenced in well.
I am glad you found the recommendations useful. You can usually arrange for tests before purchasing, and some may be included in the purchase agreement. It is best to have a good real estate agent coordinate with the seller about timing. Regarding boundary markers, there can be penalties for their removal, and filing charges typically involves contacting local authorities. It is unfortunate that issues like racial hatred still exist. Dad and I are understandably concerned about safety on our property. Our fencing should help with wildlife, but it is always good to stay vigilant.
Hi Tiffany! Newbie here 👋🏽 Great video and information! I've been interested in purchasing land, but I'm not sure how to assess " good land" and I'm wondering if you know of any government programs that assist people with purchasing land or small farms? Thank you.
Hi. I am glad you enjoyed the video. ❤️ When assessing "good land," consider factors like soil quality, water access, and proximity to amenities. For government programs, you might explore options like the USDA's Farm Service Agency, which offers loans and grants for land purchases and farming. Local and state programs might also be available. It is a good idea to consult with a real estate agent or land expert in the area you want to buy land for more specific advice.
Tiffany, did you and your father ever consider installing a hot wire fence, to divide off your land from intruders? Or consider foot traps. I know exactly what you and your father are going through. I hate jealous envious people. My black female mail carrier became envious of me, because I live in a nice home much bigger in size than her smaller square footage home she lives in.
Thank you for the suggestions. A hot wire fence might be a good option to consider, and we are looking into it. I am sorry to read about your experience with envy and jealousy. It is tough dealing with that kind of negativity. Your support and understanding are appreciated.
In addition to the fencing have you considered planting a wide hedge row of thorny shrubs like blackberries? Or other shrubs that will be extremely challenging to enter your property from the problem side?
That is a serious concern for us. If anyone harms our animals, Dad and I will report it to the relevant authorities immediately, such as animal control or local law enforcement or the USDA. They can investigate and take appropriate action to protect our animals.
If I may ask where did you get your black cloth with the lines on it? I’ve not seen this around where I live before unless we look in the wrong place. We just use solid black plastic for our cucumbers and stuff like that. Our garden did lousy we had lots of rain that put us behind getting stuff out then we went into a drought. What did come up the deer, chickens etc got it. Worst garden we ever had.
Ring Camera's work real well. You can talk to them as well as look at. He has emotion detector that comes on. They will make it come so up on your television if you set up that way.
Ring Cameras offer some great features for monitoring and communication. The emotion detector and TV integration seem especially useful. Dad and I will see how we can set it up that way.
That is so true. ❤️ Spiders play a beneficial role in gardens by keeping pest populations in check. They help protect our plants from harmful insects, making them valuable allies in maintaining a healthy garden ecosystem.
I am so glad you are enjoying the progress and the look of everything. ❤️ It is really rewarding to read this. And thank you for the complimenting my little cousin. She is a real joy.
Hi Tiffany, nice seeing another video. I'm sure you know already, about getting well water. A plan for if you lose power, you need back up for the your water. I actually just learned that from watching another channel. Be safe 🙏♥️
Hi. ❤️ Thank you for the reminder about well water and backup plans. It is definitely important to have a strategy for power outages. I appreciate the tip and your concern. Dad and I will definitely stay safe. ❤️❤️❤️
Well, none of the dogs in this video belong to me or Dad. The dogs are somehow within our fence. There is always activity from this guy, his wife, and their associates at that small corner of my fence line. None of these people are my neighbors. Additionally, Dad and I do not allow any of the children near that part of our property due to the open hostility and criminal behavior. We do not want them or their unleashed dogs to harm the children.
@@Tiffanysfarm Sorry you half to deal with that. I think everyone would be annoyed with these people's actions around their property. Keep being positive and hard working. Have a wonderful day!
Thank you for understanding and for your kind words. ❤️ Dad and I appreciate your support and encouragement. We will keep doing our best and hope things improve soon. Have a great day. ❤️
@Tiffanysfarm Awesome! Can you share where you purchase your seeds? Thank you! ( I just love you & your dad's collaboration working to establish your farm. And thanks for the many tips)
*I'm not sure what the rules are in your particular county about fences, but I've seen several people who own land simply install a 8ft to 10ft tall metal or wood fence around their property line (or at least where they have prowlers). You will never even see your neighbors, or those using your neighbors land to cross over to get to your land with the proper fence. The fence you currently have now is no good and can easily be moved so my honest opinion would be to invest in the tallest fence PERMISSIBLE by the county you live in. Then, have someone climb a ladder to install cameras at the very top of the fence and place "YOU'RE ON CAMERA" signs at the very top as well so they won't tamper with it. I wish you and your dad all the best. There are definitely many solutions to your annoying problem, handle it as soon as you can to put it to rest. As my dad would say, out of sight, out of mind!* 🤗
Thank you for your advice. I will definitely recheck the local regulations about fence height and consider upgrading to something taller. I appreciate your support. I will talk to Dad about your comment in the morning.
When you do a new survey, have the new survey recorded with the county . The new survey may be different than the original one . Sometimes the original survey may not be accurate because of the year and methods used to survey .
Exactly. ❤️ Having the new survey recorded with the county is an important step. It ensures that your updated property boundaries are officially recognized and can help prevent potential disputes. Given that survey methods and standards can evolve over time, updating the survey with current technology and practices can provide a more accurate representation of your property.
This is so disheartening. My husband and I purchased some land in a somewhat rural area and a few of the neighbors have harassed one of the neighbors, who are now our friend. Unfortunately, they have to see that you are carrying and not afraid to use it. I pray you well.
Thank you for the kind words. It is great to read that my little cousin reminds you of yourself. I hope your return to Louisiana goes well and that you continue to enjoy the content. ❤️
This video really touched my soul to see a child get excited sseeing how crops are grown. In the intercity children don't see that that's why I grow some veggies & fruits in containers. The kids & adults get excited everytime they see me drop seeds then they walk by everyday & see them growing. Some people never seen the natural state or never seen how the fruits are grown. May God continue to bless, give you victory so you can have peace on what God blessed you with in Jesus mighty name amen 🙏 ❤
Amen ❤️ Thank you for commenting. It is truly inspiring to read how you are bringing the joy of growing plants to the community. Your dedication to educating others about where food comes from is wonderful. May you also be blessed with continued success and peace. ❤️❤️❤️
Gorgeous plants 🌱 at the age of 65 I learned a lot as well along with your cousin, and also the Raw Land buying tips I definitely needed.May you and your family have a beautiful ,blessed, and rewarding year.
Thank you for your kind words. I am glad you found the plant tips and land buying advice helpful. Wishing you and your family a wonderful and blessed year as well. ❤️
Thank you! No tree so I'll have to see where and how I'm going to setup cameras. I don't have to full vision but I am thinking an all in one estate that's going to be passed down for generations. More than likely we'll water and solar. It's so much to do and not sure where I want to start
Hello Tiffany, I inherited land in Kosciusko MS and it is forest land. I know there is illegal hunting going on, however I live in GA. Any suggestions on where to start trying to get this under control?
Hi. Please check on my video: Trespassing, Harassment, or Stalking in Rural Georgia | What Would You Do? | WWYD ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CgIx7sp7ihY.html Here are some more suggestions: Local Authorities: Contact the local sheriff's office or wildlife enforcement in Kosciusko, MS. They can provide guidance and potentially send officers to investigate or patrol the area. Land Management Services: Consider hiring a local land management professional or forestry consultant. They can offer advice on managing the property and dealing with illegal activities. Game Wardens: Reach out to Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks. They can offer assistance and possibly increase surveillance in the area. Neighbors and Community: Inform local residents or neighboring landowners. They might be able to keep an eye on the property and report any suspicious activity. Signage and Fencing: While it may not be immediately feasible from afar, installing "No Trespassing" signs or fencing, if possible, can help deter illegal hunting. You might want to visit the property periodically to oversee these measures or hire a local representative to manage it on your behalf. AND definitely install some wireless remote cameras. I hope this helps ❤️❤️❤️
@@Tiffanysfarm If time were aplenty I would outline my property with a double hedge of brambles, whether it be berries, wild roses or holly. I’d call the local county extension agents and ask for suggestions. Keeps unwanted guests out! Provides habitats for many types of wildlife. Definitely is impenetrable.
I am amazed at how much your crop has grown and it is all so neat and well care for. It's always a pleasure listening to you as you are so thorough. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback. I am happy to hear that you are impressed with the crop and the level of detail I provide. It is rewarding to know that my efforts are appreciated. Thank you again for your support. ❤️
