Which area are you interested in since we have two separate areas we're selling in Sanyang and another estate in Jiboroh. If it's the estate with the google map video above then we will price the plots in the next few days. My partner who runs the business in the Gambia is extremely busy with clearing land in Jiboroh and in Sanyang; then moving onto pegging the plots and having a drone video taken of the plots; that coupled with the storms in the Gambia, we have not conducted any meaningful meeting in the last few days. I need to finalize all the costs incurred before I come up with a price that will be the same for all customers; unlike some real estate companies in the Gambia that will have pricing strategy that is different for different customers depending on where one is from or where one resides at. The plots in Sanyang are cleared by hand and not bulldozer and therefore will have some trees after the clearing is completed. I will do a drone video and post it on my channel. One point I want to make clear here is that many may regret buying plots with lots of trees when they begin to build or when a disaster such as the one that just occurred in the Gambia ever comes on again. When you are ready to build and have even one tree that's in the spot you want to build your house then you'll have to pay to cut it down and maybe at this time the neighbors have already constructed their buildings and it would be difficulty, time consuming and costly to safely cut the tree down without endangering neighboring structures. Second, many if not majority of the trees in the Gambia are not well cared for and regularly inspected to ensure that they are healthy and therefore, are very prone to falling with slightly increased winds. The main reason we clear our lands and it's very popular with many of our customers is that the customers can strategically plant fruit/nonfruit trees of their choices in strategically located areas of their plots and also maintain the health of the trees as they grow. Gambia is tropical and any tree planted even if not well taken care of grows quickly especially if well taken care of. Since some of our customers have asked for trees, we'll take it into consideration in our future estates. Thank you so much.
