Hi 78 Samper. Thanks for liking this video 👍 The D4 is indeed a very capable off- roader with lots of "upgrade" posibilities. You are very welcome with your kids on one of our well organised family adventures. www.landrovers.be
Hello Damian Morgan, Thanks for your "Welsh comment" :-) How lucky you are to call Wales "home" even if you don't have a Landy ;-) Wales is one of the best "mud & ruts" destination and we always enjoy too much our Welsh stay together with all the jumping sheeps :-) Why not join us (as soon as the Corona madness restrictions are finished) on our next "Cambrian Adventure" as our 4x4 friend with no Landy ? Please note we organise also nice "Fly & Self Drive" destinations with local rented 4x4 cars to many destinations. Morocco - Finland - Albania - Scotland - Iceland - Namibia - Kyrgysztan ... info@adventureclub.be
What an awesome looking day. I live in in Chepstow by the Severn Bridge. If you pass through again, let me know and I’ll join you in my 90. Would love to do it. Great video.
Hello Jim Hailwood, Thanks for your nice comment. We will be back in Wales on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 February. Love to meet you if possible. Please let me know if you could join us? info@adventureclub.be
Next time in Wales drive the Monks Pass. The start is near Rhayader and ends in the Black Mountains. Be warned, a section of the trail is a moving peat bog on the mountain slope. Be prepared to sacrifice several ground anchors on that winching section. Enjoyed the drive-by pruning at 9:29 lol.
Hi Fred Brackley, Thanks for your helpful info. We keep this in mind if we have a party with well equiped Defenders who wants to get "stuck" on the Monk Pass ;-) One Life ! Live it !
I think you mean Monks Trod. It’s actually TROd now to 4 wheeled vehicles but bikes can still use it. Although nobody does, not because it’s frowned upon but because it’s basically a rutted swamp that is no fun to walk or drive and pretty irresponsible to tear it up when Welsh Water who own the estate are trying to get it to regenerate. It’s literally so bad you can’t even walk it anymore. There are some brilliant lanes around the dams at Rhayader and if you have sarn helen, parts of which are still open. Strata Florida is an option if you like deep wading (and that’s in summer!) and finally south of Brecon you have a large stretch of sarn Helen still open called Severn Sisters. Enjoy!!
@@adventureclublr 3 weeks back, I was looking for buying Land Cruiser, but end up buying Disco 2 td5 ( no idea what Land Rover 4x4 were apart from seeing them driving on roads). After so much reading about it, now I plan to buy Defender 130 and enjoy driving it.
Hello Life's Adventure. Disco 2 Td5 is very capable, comfortable and easy to maintain. Good off-roader after a bit of preparation. Def 130 is your perfect workhorse. Maybe a little long on some more challenging 4x4 trails. Have Land Rover fun!
Hello Rubén Benidorm. I am happy you liked our Cambrian video. LR4 did a good job. It was off-road prepared with All-Terrain tires, underbody protection and extra suspension lift. Of course it is not a (Classic) Defender ;-) ONE LIFE ! LIVE IT !

Dear Gstyle Tuffstyle, If you mean the New Defender it certainly can "cope" with the "Welsh Country". Also Disco 5 and Range Rover are splendid off-roaders. Feel free to join us from 14 until 17 March 2020. Contact: www.adventureclub.be/contact.asp?taal=en
